Sometimes I just want to buy tea. I don’t like pushy sales people from the second I walk in the door. I just want to buy tea. I feel violated every time I go there so I’m not going anymore.

Soo many samples! Grab some holiday teas. I recommend the gingerbread and chai flavours. Lots of tea accessories as well. It’s pricey but great quality if that is your thing. Kind of wish they would do some clearance items or sales though. Nice gift sets and such as well for the tea lover in your life. I overall enjoyed exploring this place!

The staff has generally been pretty friendly, if a little pushy. However, they are all about letting you sample as much as you want. The store is very clean and bright. As a store and location, it’s very nice.
What gets me is the price. It is SO SO expensive! And they’ll give you a little song and dance about how you only need one tiny teaspoon of tea to brew an 8-​oz cup — sure, if you like weak tea. They brew about 3 times that for the samples and in-​store purchases. Buyer beware. It’s actually cheaper to just buy drinks in-​store than it is to buy their tea and brew at home (unless you like weak tea).

I’ve been here twice so far. About 6 months apart, and my experience with the service has been great both times. They are helpful in picking out the tea you want. Will show you all of them if you ask, and explain the differences with each. I never feel rushed. They make sure they get the flavor to your liking also. My only complaint is the iced tea is never cold enough, and my ice melts immediately. But I will go back.

The two male staff members I keep coming into contact here are so unfriendly… with one not knowing how to smile and letting you know he knows more than u and his ‘I’d rather be somewhere else’ attitide… and the other one being the manager… has the same attitude and comes off more like a used car salesman. and letting you know «I’m the manager here at this store» as his main selling line before he tells you what you should buy and why. Yuck… I hate the experience I get at this store EVERY time. They need to stock it with a bunch of smiling, friendly, not pushy sales people… that would make a world of difference
