I’ve been to this clinic with my wife twice and both time the front desk staff was very abrasive and not welcoming at all. I asked my wife about it and she said it’s been the same at every appointment. Today was the worst, she walked in, said her name and appointment time and not one of the five employees at the desk said a word to her. Not even so much as a good morning. This is extremely upsetting because she was being seen at the Norfolk clinic and the folks there are outstanding but it made no sense for us to continue to drive to Norfolk when we live in Hampton. The medical care is great and doctors are very professional which is what we’re here for anyway.

Dr. Yeu is amazing! I scratched my eye over 2 years ago and continued having issues with it. She completely fixed my eye after 3 visits. I had been going to a different eye doc for 2 years and no progress was made. After the first visit with her, she said ‘well obviously what he’s been doing isn’t working, how do you feel about lasik?’ I had been in so much pain for so long i said sign me up! She was super quick, very professional, and EXTREMELY personable. I would recommend her to anybody! Another amazing perk to going with Dr. Yeu is you rarely have to wait and you get seen very close to your appointment time.
