I called in a delivery on Feb 3 around 10PM and the dude on the phone was amazing. I changed my order 3 times and he was on top of it. Super professional and on point! A+

The workers and managers that work at this location is very disrespectful. I will never order from this place again. These people give the company a bad name. Next time think about who you hire. I did not appreciate how disrespectful the manager and team members were.

Best Pizza in the area. I have friends at a transitional living house on Chene St. It is a burned out apocalyptic type area inhabited by addicts and street walkers and homeless. I decided I wanted to send them a gift card to buy pizza for their 15 –20 residents, so I called to ask the manager if they would deliver to Chene. After a little hesitation he agreed. I told him, «That’s great, I didn’t want to have to call Pizza Hut, those guys have a hard enough life as it is!». He got it, we had a good laugh.

Yes it’s a chain but they are consistently good every single time. We order Jets about once a week from my job and they get the order right, deliver in a reasonable amount of time, food is hot and the pizza is cooked just right. Only had one issue over the years and they were quick to make it right. We prefer the square pie here to Buddy’s.

I’m usually a round pizza guy but with Jet’s I always order a square cause their square pizza is so much better than their round. The crust is so crispy and just a bit burnt in the most perfect way. The ingredients are usually nice and fresh and the customer service over the phone is professional. They usually take half an hour to 45 minutes to deliver to my house so they’re consistently quicker than Happy’s or Amicci’s. They don’t have many non-pizza items on their menu like Happy’s but hey, Jet’s Pizza means Jet’s Pizza, right? They took a bit longer than usual to deliver tonight, and there was two guys in the car. It was the guy in the passenger side who took the money and gave me my pizza. His pants were saggin’ waaay low, exposing me to the grossly unpleasant sight of dude’s boxers. He was polite and all, not acting all thugged out like I would expect from his retarded fashion statement, but seriously, guy, buy a f*cking belt! «Pants on the ground! Pants on the ground! Lookin’ like a fool with your pants on the ground!»

Best pizza in Hamtramck! Little Ceasars of Hamtramck may have cheaper Pizza and more customers. but at Jet’s, you get what you pay for! The most delicious cheese and the best pizza crust. The butter on the pizza makes it seem as if it were glowing. There are 5 other pizza stores in Hamtramck, but I think this one is the best!

Pretty good and dependable. We order from them often, and they are usually right on track. Just a pinch on the high side, but worth it to be right and on time.

Great Pizza Delivery in the Detroit Area. I haven’t tried anything else to really compare, but they didn’t take too long, the Pepperoni Pizza, and Cinnamon sticks were delicious. The small is 6 pieces, which is enough for 2 people that are really hungry, maybe 3 people that aren’t super hungry. The Cinnamon Sticks came in a «pizza pie» shape and was larger than the small pizza! It was good, and I always love a sweet ending to every meal. Be sure to remind them on the phone if you need to pay by credit card, and if you need seasoning, in advance.

In a town where often it feels like you have stumbled into a technological nightmare replete with frustrating communication barriers, Jet’s is a bastion of modernity and service. Their beefed up version of caller I.D. makes phoning in your order fool proof. The price is right and the pizza is very good. They have managed to combine the efficiency of a standardized chain system with the flexibility of an independent pizza joint. For example, I phoned in an order for a delivery of one of their specialty pizzas, the chicken parmesan. I asked them to keep the sun-dried tomatoes off of the pizza and the guy said that that wasn’t a problem. He then asked if I would rather have fresh tomatoes instead. I declined but thanked him for the offer. After he confirmed my delivery info(all of which they had in their system), he gave me my total and told me they would be there in 40 minutes and we hung up. After about 10 minutes, I thought about getting some mushrooms on it. I called back and asked if they would add the mushrooms and they told me again that it was no problem. Here’s the thing, most pizza chains that I know of do not allow substitutions on their specialty pizzas; if they do, they usually charge you extra for it. Not so with Jet’s. The pizza arrived well before 40 minutes passed and was loaded with toppings. Courteous, accommodating, efficient, tasty pizza and value priced: it really doesn’t get any better than that.
