A ONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

In my opinion this is the worst property management company ever!!! Why they do collect your rent that is all they do. They do not take care of your home. I had a very nice, clean well maintained home, which I had built and lived in for over 10 years. The carpet had been replaced, new tile through out the house. The stove looked brand new. The yard was well maintained. Had asked that they do a walk thru every 6 months, had also asked that they have no pets. I went and checked on it and was horrified. The yard my trees were gone all the plants and flowers were dead. The house smelled. So decided to sell. They got the tenants out. They had dogs, which again I was not informed and they were told no pets. Found out they had not collected the security deposit. Mind you the tenants had lived in the house for close to 2 years. When I finally did the final walk after they had it cleaned thru with the Property Management. I was shocked the house was not clean. The grout was black. The grease on the stove was disgusting. Both tubs were black yes black. The smell in the house was awful. I kept saying this is clean and they assured me it was. So if you have a home you are thinking of renting please in my opinion A One Property is not for you!!! The worst part about all this is they think they did nothing wrong, they could not understand why I did not use them to sell my house, they thought they took great care of my home, I was to emotional about it. Sorry my house looked like it belonged in the slums they did not take care of it AT ALL in my opinion.
