Canine Comfort Creek Grooming

I took my 15 year old lab mix Mocha to get her nails trimmed. Mocha is super sensitive to anyone touching her paws. I was so impressed and amazing at how well they took care of her. I will be bringing my dog back here for sure. Thanks so much

I took my dog in a week ago to be washed and groomed. I have been trying out a lot of places in the area with no luck. At first it APPEARED like they did a good job .As the week has went on I realized it was probably the worse place Ive been to thus far.
Let me just start by saying this place is not in the best area and the building is very dirty and old… As soon as I dropped my pup off I regretted it. They had a little doggy sofa with a collapseable cage that went around it. Which was not nearly big enough. When I got my dog back he smelled very strongly of purfume, but his hair felt very clean… His nails were filed down all the way to the quick, to short. They gave my dog feather extentions that I did not ask for. When my husband removed them he found a huge scab where they put them. Tonight was the last straw when I noticed my dogs butt was bothering him and his gland was full. It makes me think that they forgot to express the anal gland… It should not be full in a week! So I paid $ 30 for a bath…

I’ve taken my border collie here twice now, and both times they’ve been amazing! They listen to the type of cut I want and actually pay attention to the fact that I’ve let them know she has allergies. They use a sensitive/​hypoallergenic shampoo on her and when she leaves she isn’t stressed out. Reasonably priced and good work. I’ll definitely use them until I move.

I took my dog in today to get groomed. Told them over the phone just a trim! My husband told them when he dropped him off, just a trim! What did they do? Shave his whole body! Wow. He had long hair since he is a shih tzu. I cannot believe this place. Owner told me it was the best option for my dog. I guess they feel they can make those decisions for you… Extremely dissapointed and of course will never be back.
