This is our first appt and we are not getting a good first impression. My 2.5 yr old son’s appt was for 815am and our very impatient toddler (already had a meltdown), my husband, and I waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes.
Well, we just got sat in the exam room at 855am. How much longer?
Negative: The initial wait was very long, even though our appt was for 15 min after the office opened.
Positives: The office is very clean and tidy, and the woman who put us into the room was very nice and professional. We didn’t have to wait too long in the exam room. Also, the dr was very patient even though our son was not letting him complete the full exam.

Terrible reception team. I needed some disability paperwork filled out and I called them and was told that the office would be open until 1 pm that day. I drove 30 miles to the office and arrived at 12:15 only to find it closed early for the weekend. Then with the deadline looming, I showed up Monday morning after working graveyard shift and driving 30 miles again. I was told that they couldn’t guarantee that it would be signed that day and that they charge $ 25 to fill out paperwork. I told them that I wasted a trip driving to them because they misinformed (lied) about their closing time. They didn’t care, $ 25 and no guarantee or apologies. They are ridiculously rude. I slept in my car until 1:30 and checked with them again and it was only partially filled out. Needless to say that I’m going to be harmed financially, but they got their $ 25.
