I know it is the busy time of the year for them. the one thing was i have to wait two days for the tech to show up. I was told that I would be called before he came out. So for to days i waited by the phone and could not plan much. Once the tech showed up to the house he was very good. The tech was friendly and willing to talk and answer my questions. I for sure would use them again

My a/​c went out in the middle of the night at the end of a heat wave. I thought for sure nobody would answer the phone before 8am. I thought for sure nobody would be available to come that day. I was distraught over how I would keep my dogs cool. But thank goods for Rivera’s. My call got answered before 8 and somehow, a tech was at my door before 10am. 30 minutes later my a/​c was back up and running. Thank you for saving the day!!!
