The Bed Store

My husband and I were searching for a new bed and we decided to check out The Bed Store. We were greeted by the salesperson, Joe. He was very knowledge and had amazing customer service skills. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us pick out something that was perfect for us.
Quick tip: They can also order other non-​bed furniture and whatnot for you!

I was in need for a new bed because my old bed was beginning to sag, so I went and visited the bed store. It was my first time going there and I’ve got to say, I was blown away with the great customer service! our salesperson, Joe, was very kind and courteous and helped me choose the best bed for me! i definitely recommend this store!

So, after having a HORRIBLE experience at Oak Liquidators (feel free to read my review), my husband and I decided to go to The Bed Store to see what they could do for us. We were in search of a dining room table, and low and behold, they had booklets that you could search through to find exactly what you were looking for! Once we decided on a table, we then ordered our chairs separately, no problem (we didn’t like the chairs that came with the table that we fell in love with). Joe, the salesmen who was there at the time, was awesome! He did research on every piece that we wanted, to make sure it was in stock and available, before we made our purchase. We set up a delivery time and were out the door with an killer deal! (They do military discounts, which go VERY far in this town :) When the men delivered our table, they were extremely friendly/​courteous and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves, took all the trash with them and we were left with our beautiful table, and nothing else! Next, we will be in search of a bed, and I’ll be damn sure to go to The Bed Store and deal with Joe again!
