After purchasing nearly $ 10,000 worth of furniture for my lake home, I was very happy with the designer who worked with me, their delivery and selection of fine furnishing. A few weeks later I returned to purchase a sectional for my permeant residence. After a signed contract and deposit was make I was told their was a pricing error and that they wouldn’t be order the sectional.(Mind you that went over in great detail the contract and every piece I was ordering) After speaking with owner he understood my frustration as I reminded him of the contract. ALLSALESFINAL! He expressed his salespeople would have to work it out. Again an owner not holding up to a mishap and making them take it out of their pay? Ridiculous! After 4 days of going back and fourth they are refunding me my deposit. Owner says its a difference of $ 1,000. Funny I called South Carolina and got it for $ 150.00 more than originally quoted. Sometimes as a business you make money and others times it’s the cost of keeping a return client happy. This would have been one of those times not to make a profit margin and hopes to get it back on a return future purchase. I’m certain that if tables were turned they wouldnt let me out of the contract! I would not recommend using this company.
