Probably the single best thing we’ve ever done for our son. Started here in middle school, and after 5 years, just earned his adult black belt at 16 years old. .an honor he will have for the rest of his life. He’s progressed from a very smart but slightly awkward kid with a speech impediment who was teased and picked on to a young man who is filled with inner confidence and comfortable in his own skin. This program is not about machismo… it’s about confidence, working hard, being able to stand up for and defend yourself, and being the best that you can be. Truly skills for life …
