Buyer beware. All sales are final. I take that to mean that I can’t receive a refund. Even though it’s not explicitly stated anywhere you can not even exchange your item or obtain credit which makes no sense since they still have your money.

2 ½ stars… Here’s why…
So my wife and I came here yesterday looking for a dress for the Marine Corps Ball. The staff was generally really helpful and they seemed to have a good amount of selection when it comes to dresses.
Here’s ma beef. Yesterday my wife found a dress she thought she liked but wanted to shop around and come back. She asked if they could hold the dress and they said it would not be a problem and that they would hold it till close (9pm) the next day. We literally went back at 10am the next day and they had already hung the dress up. Luckily it was still in fact there but I cannot imagine what the mood of my wife would have been if it was gone. I cannot in good mind give perfect A-​Ok stars after this little stunt.
Other than them goofing on putting the dress back everything was okay and A-​typical of a BCBG. Nice cloths for expensive prices.

I love BCBG clothes, shoes and accessories but I refuse to pay full price for them, especially because they have great sales. This particular outlet store is kinda small but they usually have a pretty decent selection of cute dresses, tops and heels. My major gripe is the sales staff is a bit unprofessional and uninterested. They act like the store is their home and have personal convos with each other– even the store manager acts this way. So don’t expect to get too much assistance while shopping.

Always has a good selection (all the Generation stuff is in another store, so only the real BCBG Max Azria stuff here).
I will always remember my fabulous red engagement dress I got here for $ 39. I’d never thought I could afford beautiful clothes until I discovered this place… :)
Just remember, all sales are final.
