Beautiful, bright, clean, & sleek looking store full of Coach goods for better prices than flagship stores.
All the associates are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Best to come on the week days and not during the holidays, but the best deals and additional discounts happen during those very busy times.
It’s always the best feeling when something you want isn’t just a «lowered, outlet price,» but then 40% off, and then they tell you that everything is an additional 20% off. Score. When you hit that kind of jackpot, stock up if you can. Even on small accessories like pouches, card holders, & wristlets; they make the best gifts.
I definitely recommend and would return.

Great customer service. If you have your eye on an item and they don’t have your size; the associates don’t mind calling another store to have it held for pick up or to arrange shipment to your home.
A lot of options for gifts and extending your purse and shoe collection. The store is well maintained, polite not pushy sales associates and a varied selection of jackets, scarves, key fobs etc.
They have frequent promotions and you can sign up for email notifications of upcoming events. I have never had any issues with any of my purchases.

I’ve been to this location at least a few dozen times — For the most part, its been pleasant, very helpful & kind employees. However, my last two visits were un-​enjoyable, because that girl with the multicolored, peacock hair is who I dealt with.
I believe her name is Dawn & she is soo rude! While checking out, I was literally in the middle of asking a question, when she turns to her co-​worker to say ‘something beeping has been driving her crazy all day’. I mean, I did not hear sound? But yeahh, great customer service…

A must if you come to Arundel Mills Mall. Their prices are great and less expensive in comparison with Nordstrom Rack (down route 175). Best time to come in the morning is right when the mall opens or else you will be dealing with WAY to many people bumping into you. Make sure you ask for their coupon when you walk in, though I have never seen someone not be in the front passing them out.

Coach basically relies on their name to place a high price tag on an average product. It was strictly a women’s store and now caters to equally ignorant men who want to spend more money than then need to. Friendly staff though.

Very nice, large store with lots of inventory. Prices seemed high for an outlet and no coupons were handed out but there were sales. I asked for a coupon they said non were being handed out but I was told of the sales, then a few minutes later they were handing out coupons but I didnt get one, I dont understand that confusion. I wouldn’t say the sales people hound you or go out of their way to help you, it seemed like no one wants to go in back and check inventory, but some sales people were more helpful than others. I left empty handed this time, but I will be back.

In preparation for my upcoming vacation I did a bit of shopping in Arundel Mills mall recently. Stopped in to the Factory store. I was quite impressed, the store is very neat and organized. The staff friendly and willing to help and lets not forget the most important part. THE DEALS!!! they have great prices plus coupons. I found exactly what I was looking for and paid less than expected. Its always a good day when you save money. I would definitley come back to this particular store I have been to others and have been underwhelmed but not here. I have to say I am pleased with my purchase and pleased with the customer service that is provided here.

Fantastic. I was in the market for a new Coach handbag. Amazing sales everywhere. Like most Coach outlets, they had a lot of items that were 50% off. Totes, hobo bags, messenger bags, book bags, and smaller bags were all 50% off. There was a wide variety of designs and finishes to choose from. Canvas to leather were all on sale.
The newer styles from last season were priced all at $ 129 to $ 139. Colors ranged from the classic Coach colors such as khaki & brown, black and grey (also known as silver moonlight or Kyra), navy blue with light blue, white and gold, etc. They had non-​outlet prices as well. They had beautiful pink leather bags and beige leather bags.
Wristlets ranged from $ 30 to $ 70 dollars. Standards wallets were $ 30 and card holders were around the sale price. Coach sneakers and sunglasses were also well priced, at $ 59 to $ 70 depending on the style.
As always, Coach staff is always there to help you. This time around, I could not find anyone to help me find a particular design in a color, so that was disappointment. I will definitely come here again. There is also a Coach for Men store right next door. Way better than Leesburg Coach Outlet.

I was very happy to find out that a Coach outlet was coming to Arundel Mills Mall. This is a very nice store, big, friendly staff, and I always get handed a 30% off coupon when I walk in the door. The first day it opened they had the entrance roped off and would only let a few people in at a time. They always have great deals and offer extra coupons on top of the lower or clearance prices. It can get very busy so go early or on a weeknight so you don’t have to wait in a long check-​out line.
