The staff is friendly, but literally every time I have gone here my drink has been made incorrectly. I’ll ask for a caramel latte and they put nasty french vanilla. The coffee is so hot that i can’t even taste it until I get to the office and by then it’s too late to complain.

I stop here often for coffee and whatnot. What can one say, the food and coffee is the same here as in Brooklyn or Scituate, RI. The difference is the employees attitude. Sometimes it’s not very good, others it is. Four stars for benefit of the doubt.

I gave this a 3 star rating because I liked the fact that this location was clean and spacious. I am not sure how long this location has been in business but it looked fairly new. There are a lot of new items on the menu from when I remember going to a D&D back in the day so for those who like to eat other items besides donuts and donut holes, then this will hit the spot for you. quickly looking over the menu I saw that they offer chicken and tuna salad and some other types of sandwiches or wraps. They have a lot more coffee items from what I remember. My wife got a donut with an iced coffee. She loved the coffee and the chocolate donut. I had a soda. Be warned, there weren’t any fountain drinks so if you are looking for juices or a soda, they are all bottled and in the display case. The service is a little slow so if you aren’t in a rush then this won’t bother you. Thank you for reading my review. This review is based off of my personal opinion and experience.

I love DD coffee and this location is no different. My only reason for giving 3 stars is some of the staff. While I was sitting at the drive thru window on an early Saturday morning, I noticed a teenage boy behind the counter. I believe his role was to prepare take-out bags for the window. I can’t describe his body language other than to say he was less than thrilled with being there. He would put the doughnuts or sandwiches in a bag and bring it over to the window. He would then toss the bag on the counter, always tipping it over. Then he would trudge back to his spot behind the counter. As a rep for DD, his body language, facial expressions, and overall«zombie-like» demeanor have insured that I will not order doughnuts or sandwiches at this location. I will still get the coffee but only because I don’t believe he has any part in that. On the other hand, the young lady at the drive thru window was pleasant and attentive so maybe it’s just one bad apple spoiling the bushel.
