When you need a mobility aid something has gone wrong in your life. When you go to Freedom Mobility Solutions to get that mobility aid something else has gone wrong in your life and you will know it as soon as you talk to John.
I am not sure what this place is up to. They sell or rent a modest selection of wheel chairs, walkers, ramps and other stuff for us disabled individuals. So what could go wrong? They also offer remodeling services and ramps to make getting around the house easier. We are on the right track, so what’s the problem?
John is symbolic of what is wrong. John knows practically nothing about the products in this store. He comes across as a jock in school hoping to slide by without anyone paying attention to his D average. He couldn’t tell me much about the cushions and even less about the backs for the wheelchairs, an important and expensive item. He also knew virtually nothing about the gadgets and gizmos around the store.
Here is an idea for you: hire some competent sales people. Maybe try hiring some actual disabled people, at least we have first hand or first leg experience. People like John insult people like me and send us wheeling our way to places like Towson Medical Equipment! At least TME works with my insurance and they too have a nice showroom. You aren’t the only game in town, and with John acting as the face of your business your game may as well be rained out.
