This guy has helped me several times. He opens the door when I walk in right before closing time, makes solid recommendations that I trust and makes me think of coming back whenever I need accessories. If you buy their car charger brand it has a lifetime warranty. And while they didn’t have any Otterbox cases for my iPhone 6, I did find a nice clear case I picked out. Not bad for a Verizon Retailer (different from a true Verizon store because they have some limited support options)

My Verizon 2-​yr contract was up and I needed to replace my Droid, asap. I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop in. I knew I was going to get a Samsung Galaxy 4S.
I was immediately greeted by Don and explained my phone had been painfully slow for some time. He asked if it was a Droid or an iPhone. He knew and understood the problem immediately.
I told him I didn’t want to spend any extra money but I needed a new phone, asap. The Galaxy 4S was the logical option so we began the process. Don walked me through everything, putting me on the store’s wireless, backing up my phone to the Verizon Cloud, setting up my new phone, finding me a cheaper plan and then re-​loading everything onto the new phone.
The process could not have been simpler. Don didn’t try to sell me up he simply attended to my requests. He was extremely knowledgeable, showed me some great tricks and tips for the new phone and I rolled out in near record time with no down-​time or hiccup in my service. He even printed and explained exactly how to submit my mail in rebate.

I have pretty bad experience in this store. His name is Shawn, store manager. I be visited this store trade in and buy new phone but he should get back to me 50 dollars more but I don’t know his computer system is not working properly
And he promised me send me a Verizon gift card$ 50.00 but I don’t still receive it every time I have chance to go to that mall went that store and find Shawn. He always say wait I will research it and email you or call you. Repeat repeat I did more than 10 times. He never call or email me never ever. That took me almost 1year.
Now it’s the last time I called him just before. I will update it here. He promise me he will email me by today 5pm.
