I remember skating here as a youth when I was in junior high and high school. They have kept the facility modernized and updated which is appreciated, and the rental skates are in decent enough condition. I paid $ 19 for entrance fee and skate rental on a Saturday during open skate for me and my little elementary aged son. For the 2+ hours we were there, it was a fair price, but I’m not raving or over the moon about how awesome it is and how soon I will be back. I spent $ 1.50 on locker rental as I failed to note that once you close the locker and remove the key, you have to re-pay the rental fee every time you want to access your locker. Not a dealbreaker, just irritating. So be forewarned. Oh, and the snack shack doesn’t accept credit cards at the counter, they have to walk your card over to the main entrance and swipe it/process the transaction there and bring you back your receipt. Bring cash and plenty of quarters. And patience, lots and lots of patience!

I love this place. I think it’s so kind that they made skate carts for the kids who are learning. I added a picture to show what I mean. They even have some tall ones that adults can use. They seem to be really organized with managing birthday parties and whatnot. They have a decent snack bar with a variety of food. They have a gift shop with lots of trinkets the kids can buy. Plenty of arcade games too.

I like it… the kids are always getting invited to parties there, and often I will skate too. What can I say… I lived in skates in the 80’s… Sportsmans Hall and Liberty rink were the place to be! The only reason I’m down two stars on this place is the rental skates suck so bad. The rentals at Sportsmans Hall are awesome. Update those skates! I do love the V shaped PVC helpers for the little ones though, it makes skating with a beginner fun, and they aren’t as scared.

Great place to take the kids. Good prices! They have special v-shaped PVC roller stands that the little ones can hold while learning to keep their balance. Very busy place on Sundays!
