This was my first visit and I can’t wait to go back! Tanya was lovely and really listened to what I said about where I needed the massage to be focused on. The place also is lovely and welcoming. Nutrapy is a gem!

This place is heaven on earth! I’ve had a massage and two facials here and my husband got the hot stone massage, all were done by Tania. I felt completed refreshed by my facial and my husband felt relaxed and back pain free from his hot stone massage. Clean and professional place. Strongly recommended!

Received my first ever swedish massage from Tania who really made the experience comfortable, relaxing, accommodating and I learned quite a bit about massage in general and the health benefits; she completely assisted in getting the kinks out of a few issues I’ve been dealing with. Nutrapy in general is a warm and welcoming business with an eye and strong knowledge base of who the customer is and I’m now a believer in massage and Nutrapy is now my go to!

Finally, I don’t have to explain about the knots in my shoulder blades to the therapist! Tania found them and proceeded to work on them. It was fantastic. I think I must be about 1 inch taller now. It was extremely relaxing — heated bed and buckwheat neck pillow on the table. It was great. I will definitely be going back.

What a little gem in Hanover! My husband and I just moved here from NYC and were in search of a local massage spot with reasonable prices, and Nutrapy popped up.
My hour long massage was done by the owner, Jimmy. My husband had Tania. Both were incredibly professional and asked detailed questions about our ailments and where we wanted them to focus.
I can say confidently this was one of the top five massages I’ve had that I can remember! All the products used were high quality and smelled amazing! Not overpowering or greasy in the least.
Definitely will be returning here!

I had been here a few years ago (actually three years ago!) for a mani/​pedi and facial on a Travelzoo special. I loved it then and too bad it took me so long to get back. I had a skin firming facial with Tania. She had done my other facial and I remembered it being so blissful. The background ocean cd was so soothing, I felt like I was at the beach (after this winter one can only wish!!). The products were refreshing and Tania works a shoulder massage in there too. I think I entered another world with the hot towel on my face for about 15 minutes.
How lucky did I get when her next massage appointment canceled? I turned it down initially when offered to me, but when she offered me 50% off I could not say no. And thank goodness, because dang I needed that massage! She incorporates breathing, and stretching, such a release. I have never had my glutes massaged before! I thought it would be odd, but I guess my bum needed some care too seeing as I spend the majority of my day on it, LOL. This was not your ordinary massage. I sat in the meditation room afterward with some lovely hot herbal tea. It was hard to leave.
I wish they still had nail services as a mani-​pedi would have been the icing on the cake. The front desk person and I think Jimmy who is the owner were very welcoming and pleasant. II do feel badly that it took me so long to get back there. If you are thinking of going please do, you will not be disappointed.

My sister in law gave me an hour long massage with Tanya for my birthday and it was by far the best massage I ever had! Tanya was very perfessional and did a fantastic job making you feel relaxed and comfortable ! Nutrapy is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere, the minute you walk in you will feel relaxed. Absolutely incredible place! From start to finish my experience here was exceptional. Started with Jimmy’s herbal tea… Delicious. Then a chat with Drew about stress and balance and a miraculous healing massage. My neck and shoulders were locked up for months — I walked in stressed and left relaxed and feeling great, neck and shoulders loosened up and no pain. The facility is really nice, smells great and the atmosphere and soft music is perfect. It feels like they both really care about people and that was special for me. And a no tip policy… That is rare and will allow me to go back there again soon! Thank you Nutrapy!!! Highly highly recommend this place.

I’ve had several massages now from Nutrapy, both from Jimmy, the owner, Tanya and Drew. Everyone was great. Jimmy is extremely caring and knowledgeable and always gives me a great massage, relieving any little issues I may have that day with lasting positive effects. Jimmy also knows Chinese Medicine and is a go to person for lots of related issues. I highly recommend Nutrapy.

Just what I needed. Jimmy is a real master of massage and has an incredible knowledge of the muscle groups and how they all fit together. He was really helpful in reducing the pain in my back by working just the right muscles.

I recived a massage from Jimmy and went into a very deep state of relaxation. I have had many other massages throughout my life and this was the best! I am definately a return cusomter. The experince was magical! His staff is very well trained and I look forward to also using their services.

Nutrapy is the perfect place to get a professional massage that will relieve your stress and tension, they have rid me of mine! The relaxation area is beautiful and calming to have a seat and a cup of tea before and/​or after your session. The room is comfortable and cozy, not to mention good lighting which is important during a relaxing massage. I have gotten the 75 and 90 minute signature massage with Tania and both are entirely worth it. I am excited to experience more services, some I have never tried before. It is refreshing and enjoyable altogether, can’t wait to go back!

I wanted to add that I started getting acupuncture treatments here, and it’s been wonderful. I had never had acupuncture before, and Julie made me feel really comfortable right away. I noticed improvements in chronic issues after the first session! It’s one of the most relaxing feelings in the world and I hope to keep going back.

I recently went to Nutrapy for a hot stone massage with Sandy and it was wonderful! The service was beyond anything you can find this area and Sandy was kind and professional. What I most appreciated about Nutrapy and their staff was the attention to detail. Prior to my massage Sandy walked me through the hot stone process and what to expect and then after my massage I anticipated being rushed out the door, but Sandy had a hot cup of tea and glass of water waiting for me in the meditation room where she was sitting to answer any questions and discuss how the massage was. The massage itself was lovely and very relaxing. I felt like I was floating the entire rest of the day.
I will definitely be going back for a variety of other services.

This is definitely a wonderful ‘whole person’ experience, body & soul. Everyone was genuinely concerned with my comfort, and extra thoughtful touches (special herbal tea, pretty mugs, astrology cards to play with, the sound and sight of water everywhere, big, cozy couches) were just that touch of home you want, an invitation to relax. The only thing it’s missing is a fireplace :) I was received warmly, no product pushes, no overwhelming amounts of marketing/​advertising, and definitely no rushing. I loved that. Also, got chocolate. I mean, how does it get any better than that. Highly recommend Tanya. The right amount of pressure in all the right places, accurate study of the body and application of attention… evenly distributed over the body. Loved the hot towels on the face (smell of sweet anise), and the dim warmth of a room with just the right amount of art, candles and stones. Really perfect haven for healing. Gotta get here, it’s worth the trip… and extremely reasonably priced for all that you receive!

Jimmy and his team are top notch. I have gone in to help me when extremely sick, for general massage and for back pain and have never been disappointing. You are far more productive once you have spent a little time at Nutrapy!!!

Great experience and I will be returning. A friend nearby recommended (I reported this and she got credit) and then I recommended it to some of my friends for this excellent self-​care. I received a full body massage and acupuncture which was an amazing morning, I was told I sounded «Zen» afterwards. I wish I could give the names of the massage work and acupuncturist but I have already given away their cards! Please go enjoy yourself.

Additionally, they referred me to the chiropractic office upstairs and got me a free consultation with the doctor to help me with my back issues.
It’s a beautiful spa full of great knowledgable people. I HIGHLY recommend Nutrapy to all!

I love this place! I originally bought I Unilocal deal, which was awesome! $ 50 for a $ 75 service. The atmosphere at Nutrapy is so calming and inviting from the waterfall and fish in the reception area to the ‘relaxation room’, so warm and cozy. I had the best massage! My massage therapist was very thorough and paid attention to detail. Not only did I get your basic massage, I was also stretched which helped my neck and shoulder pain significantly. I would highly recommend trying this place. I already want to go back!

I came here for a manicure and pedicure. The place is very relaxing, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I really enjoyed talking to the woman who did my nails, and she spent a lot more time with me than most manicurists would. This is not like one of those cheap nail places (a good or bad thing, depending on what you want). The atmosphere is nicer, the people are friendlier, and they spend more time with you. I plan to go back for a massage soon.
The only downside is that my pedicure didn’t last as long as I’m used to, but I think it’s because they use non-​toxic nail polish. Maybe it doesn’t hold up as long as the regular stuff. I’m sure it’s better for you, though.
