Had a flat tire on my Subaru Legacy and came in expecting to get 4 tires and I was right. What I didn’t expect was to wait for 3 hours for them to replace them and do an alignment. There was little to no communication with me explaining anything about what was wrong and what needed to be done. The tires were more expensive here than anywhere around but since I was limited to the closest place to go from where my flat tire was I had to come here. I won’t be coming back here again and will be making sure no one else I know does.

Another example of an automotive scam in the Hanover area. The dreaded «Service Engine Soon» light came on right before I was to have my car inspected. During the inspection, I asked them to do a diagnostic and find out why the light had come on. They said I had a bad knock sensor and it would not pass emissions. The diagnostic was in the 50 – 60 range. Replacing the bad sensor would be over 200. I didn’t have the repair done. Instead, I took my car to another service center and asked them to perform the inspection and to check why my service light had come on. They found nothing wrong and passed my car’s inspection and emissions.
This was 3 years ago. It has passed other emissions since then from different service centers.
