There’s one good thing about this optician: Dr. Burr, the excellent optometrist. So go here for an eye exam, but skip everything else about it, and make sure you get Dr. Burr. The staff generally seem only semi-​competent, and are bewildered by the software they have to use to do anything. They have no sense of prioritizing tasks. I had an appointment with the substitute optometrist who schlepped in late from her lunch hour without explanation or apology, like this was a totally cool thing to do.
