I purchased an ISeries Super P top mattress on May 23rd order # 101006066 and knew within 2 nights it wasn’t a good fit. I feel as though I have to hang onto the edge of the bed to keep from rolling into the middle of the mattress. Come to find out that Satisfaction Assurance doesn’t really count for this mattress as you are OBLIGATED to keep the Serta mattress in your home for 30 days before you can exchange it for something else. I am sleeping in my guest bedroom now. Customer service is rude and useless. Of course this 30 day warranty issue wasn’t mentioned at the time of purchase. Not only that, it seems I will have to pay $ 175 to have this mattress exchanged. Story gets even better. I bought the motion bed base with verbal assurance that it would fit my beautiful bed frame.(«oh yea, it fits all bed frames») At time of delivery, instead of refusing the base as I should have, I dismounted my frame, had them install the base to try out the whole bed. Bazinga! No returns on ‘furniture’! I was not told this by the salesman either. I am incredibly angry and getting no satisfaction. I have to keep a mattress for 30 days that I can’t sleep on! I was completely mislead and feel Sleepy’s and the salesman tricked me.
