1. They do not measure children’s feet properly
2. They are rude when u ask them about what they «measured»
3. They are understaffed
4. They have a terrible stock. never have the size I am looking forThe service here is bad

I’ve been going here for years. It is a mess, know that going in. You can have your child measured but use your common sense to know if the shoe fits your child. Associate told me they are not trained in fitting shoes. That being said, you can get some fantastic deals, especially when you go during the BOGO events. We went mid August for school shoes and found my daughter’s size in every shoe. I recommend avoiding the place on the weekends or at least get there when the store opens to avoid the mess and chaos.

This store is such a discombobulated mess, it’s a wonder they’re able to sell anything at all. I feel bad for the employees because I think they’re overwhelmed with the lack of structure & organization. It’s impossible to find the shoe you like in the size you want. Everything is everywhere and there is no system or order. And really when you’re in a shoe store with at least one small child, the last thing you can do is spend an hour looking for the combination of his correct size and some semblance of your preferred shoe.
If they could get a better system in this store, where the shoes are in some kind of a general order, it would be so much easier to shop there! It has unfortunately become a huge chore that I dread, because they make shoes that fit my childrens’ gigantic feet, and the outlet prices make it worth the searching! The employees are usually pretty helpful and friendly. I just feel bad for them because it appears to be out of their control as well!
