I went to T mobile Hanover yesterday, not the mall location, the other one. the manager there His name was Wail was super nice… I paid my bill and explained to him that I bought a car charger less than a month ago and have been having problems. Went to Braintree mall location this week and th eery refused to exchange it, and we’re not customer service oriented at all. He stated that he wanted his customers to be happy and that I had a warranty on it and immediately exchanged it. I think he gets it about customer service and will only go to that location from now on.

I was waited on by Wael and was very happy with my service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I have learned that this shop is very busy, and it can take 20+ minutes for the staff to get to you if other customers are there before you. No different than the Apple store of late. This is an improvement that upper management needs to focus on, and I would not blame the floor staff in this regard.

People in the store are completely brain dead. Like know nothing about the products they sell. Caught an associate bullshitting me, told her to «cut with the bullshit» blonde guy there with tattoos tells me to leave the store giving me the hard stare. I tell him to get away from me. He gets all out if his mind like he wanted to fight me. As I walked out of the store he walked after me like he wanted me to actually make him brain dead.

The reps in this store know nothing. I have been a customer of tmobile for almost 6 years and I get horrible service… not a single bar at my house. Can’t even send a text message.

Don’t ever go to this tmobile store. Bernard, Stephen, or Bridget have no clue what they are doing. I believe they lie about what they set up over the phone with the tmoblie services to get business. They screwed my daughters account up so bad they had her overdraft $ 550.00 because they have no clue what they are doing. Told her she could keep the phone on one account to make payments and they new account to have service. Tmobile said that was not possible and this is why they took the full amount for the phone, to close out the old account. Plus she had $ 80.00 in over draft fees. We have gotten it straightened out but we were told it was all do to the Hanover store not knowing what they are doing! Stay away from this store! They will tell you anything for business!
