Mortez Sellers the owner/operator/trainer of Transcend Fitness knows fitness and nutrition very well. He provides one-on-one guidance to ensure you reach your goals or not lose site of your goals. Transcend offers boot camp classes and/or one-on-one training. You will see results when you follow his plan. Mortez understands obstacles and probably has heard all the excuses in the world but he never gives up on you. He is very personable and attentive when it comes to form. He knows how work around folks who have injuries or limited mobility. There is always an exercise you can do with out hurting you and provides exercises that will help to increase mobility/flexibility.

I joined Transcend about 7 months ago, and I have not been the same ever since. I’m losing fat, gaining muscle and enjoying the non-traditional workouts. I’m seeing faster, lasting results because Mortez takes the time to make sure each workout works for me. Transcend really cares about each member and you won’t regret it if you join!

I started working with Mortez 6 months ago, and I’m still going strong. I have joined plenty of gyms over the years, never getting lasting results. But at Transcend, I am having a completely different experience than any I’ve ever had. Working with a trainer and being this closely accountable to someone makes all the difference in the world. Mortez takes the time to set individualized goals for me… ones that are reachable. I’ve learned a ton about how my body works, and how it uses the food I eat as fuel. What things I can eat all the time, and what things I need to avoid. Its a process of figuring out what works for me and my lifestyle, and he is always working with me to help me get the results I’m looking for. As we work together in the gym, he is always coaching and encouraging(even after 6 months of learning some of these exercises, I’m still not doing them quite right… no wonder going to a gym on my own never worked!). If I’m sore or aching from the previous day, he works with me on stretching and recovering. Never pushing too hard, but always challenging me. And we never do the same workout twice. Things are always getting changed up, and I never know whats coming next(which is good for me… too much routine in the gym could be predictable and boring, and I honestly like wondering what we’re going to do today). I am loving the changes that I’m seeing in my body. Nothing makes a girl happier than the day her skinny jeans become her comfy jeans. ;) Thanks, Mortez!
