Got my wife ring here last year. Very attentive employees here. As soon as I walked in, I got there full attention up until I left. Got the ring clean all smiles from the wife and brownie points for me.

So there I was at 08:20 pm wanting to pick up my wedding ring that was sent up to get sauttered. I was standing there for twenty minutes and I didn’t get a «hello» or «someone will be with you shortly», or even a «I’m sorry for your wait». Some one actually looked right at me and put his head down and walk right past. There was another couple that had come in shortly after me that were not acknowledged either. Terrible customer service!

Please do not buy anything from this store, if you need for your jewerly to arrive on time. I purchased one month in advance an engagement ring, and just found out that it will no be deliver ontime. It will be arriving 2 months after my weeding, What is really poor customer service is the fact that I had to call 5 different times in order for me to find where my ring was.
Please stay away from this company and specifc store if you do not want to deal with poor customer service and your property not arriving when promised.

A word of warning: Be wary of who you work with at this store. Some of the people who work here are so concerned with their commissions that they will do things that are dishonest and downright unethical. They will purposely misquote you an estimate just to line their own purses. There is only one employee who I could trust to be honest. He also happens to be very friendly and outgoing. All others, steer clear or you may end up paying a lot more than you should!
