This Dunkins just plain SUCKS at everything. You guys ruin peoples mornings. Wrong orders, rude, wrong change back ect… Not sure if it’s the manager that’s out back always smoking Newports, but she is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. If you don’t want to give good service, then don’t work with people.

Service is horrible can never get right order have to repeat 5 times and still don’t get it right rude people including mangers the have no customer skills I don’t blame the kids that work t here I blame management for poor training I wish more people would call Dunkin Donuts Corporate complaint line 1 800−859−5339 and tell them

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order in drive thru. I had to drive up to the window to actually order and that’s not the first time! I was only person in line too.

This store is hit or miss when it comes to consistency of product. Sometimes coffee is good, sometimes it taste like dishwater. Same results at 4 other stores owned by this franchisee, cutting corners ?? Then just this month they cut the senior 10% discount in Half to 5%. Again this seem just this franchisee not Dunkin’s in general. Last pet peeve is they do not have trash containers located along the drive thru so you can chuck out yesterdays coffee cup. I guess the towns need to be chastised too, the board of health should require them

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
Awful customer service, scatter brained employees. Orders always wrong AND they over charge!!! MAKE SURE TO COUNT YOUR CHANGE. The manager ignores calls & messages (a manager never seems to be there when asked)

This used to be a good coffee shop. But now it’s filled with fat, ugly and extremely slow people. I used to enjoy stopping here in the morning. A cute girl gives you your coffee with a nice smile. Now the women are older and have bad attitudes. Not to mention as slow as molasses flowing uphill in February. I live close by and I now drive by it to go anywhere else. This place sucks ass now.
