We were also fortunate enough to have Chris show up at the house to do our inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and prepared a good report. Would definitely recommend him.

Chris Nelson at Apex Home Inspections was able to squeeze us in on short notice even though they were completely booked. He did a very thorough inspection of our property. His attention to detail was amazing and he pointed out tiny imperfections (leaking shower in one bathroom /​small holes in the caulking around a tub) as well as showing areas where the builder went «the extra mile» in putting extras into the house.
Chris walked me through the whole house at the end of the inspection as well as sending an organized, thorough, detailed report with photographs and recommended yearly maintenance.
