I feel like I need to review them, because they have so many negative reviews, and I had nothing but a positive experience. I walked in at 2:30pm, was seen right away, had my drug test done, and was out in less than 20 minutes. The woman was friendly, and courteous. I have gone to many Quest Labs, and this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had.

I was sent here a few months back for a routine blood panel. From a patient perspective, there’s not much to it. Your GP gives you the paperwork and address, you call or go online to set up an appointment, you show up at your scheduled time, and you get pricked. They take your blood, bandage up your stab wound, and send you on your way. What happens from there… well… I have no idea. They do some testing I guess, send the results back to your GP, and you get a call. Hopefully a short and sweet one.
Here at the collection center, you can expect friendly staff, a fairly fast process, easy parking and freeway access, and a generally hassle-​free time. Even first thing in the morning, which is when you’re likely to be here, since you normally have to fast for 9 hours prior to a panel… at least if they’re testing for blood sugar and such.
Aside from the pokes and the pricks, the customer experience here is pretty painless.
