Cold disgusting food. Dave would be horrified! They have good food but if you don’t prepare it right and you serve it cold… foGetAbout IT! I will NEVER eat there again. Oh BTW, it’s every time I’ve gone there and not just once. HUGE FAIL! How do I do negative stars…

My sons and I came in for lunch today around 2:15pm and my five year old wanted to order his own food and the cashier Melissa was very patient with him listen attentive and just had an all-​around great attitude. She made the experience for him great. Thank you Melissa I truly believe your attitude determines your altitude in life

I had horrible service at the drive threw.
I ordered a coupon book for tricker treaters and a small vanilla frosty. He informed me I could not use a coupon for the frosty.
as I never intended to in the first place .
I said that’s fine .
But that I wanted a coupon book and a vanilla frosty.
He then asked me what kind I wanted .
I stated again a vanilla .
He then acted irritated and just started laughing .
I then asked him his name he stated Marvin. I said thank you Marvin but I won’t be ordering today.

Went through the drive thru and the screen says the have 100+ drink choices so I asked for a raspberry coke the guy informed me that that’s only for dine in to which I replied you probably shouldnt have it on your drive thru sign then so a rude female came over the intercom and said if you want it you can come into the dining room and get it yourself. Talk about terrible customer service!

1 simple concept, raw chicken, will keep us away from Wendy’s for years to come. Yuck!

You know what you’re getting when you come here. Cheap fast food! Nothing more really needs to be said. They haven’t screwed up my order (yet), they’re open late, and they are extremely close! All signs of a top fast food joint.
They also send coupons occasionally which rock! Yay Wendy’s!

I drove way out of my way to try their new pulled pork sandwich. I got it to go and quite frankly everything about the experience was disappointing.
It all start by NOT being greeted by Trinity at the cash register. She displayed about as much personality and enthusiasm as a slug in the middle of summer. For those of you who don’t get the metaphor slugs hide under rocks in summer. Trinity rattled things off to me like she was bored as hell, or perhaps a mechanical young woman.
The pulled pork sandwich comes sweet, smoky or spicy. I chose smokey. The box says smokey but my sandwich was spicy.
I took it home with me and when I opened it up I find that it is covered in what looks like a dry shredded coleslaw. The pork was not particularly great Julia times and overall very odd texture with this coleslaw on top.
Will I try the pulled pork sandwich again? Absolutely not. It’s not worth the $ 4.49 I paid for it.
Will I go back to this Wendy’s? Absolutely not.

I use my debit card at least once or twice every other day… BUT for some reason they always seem to have problems with my card and have told me so. Right, you just want people to pay cash for some unknown reason (maybe for tax evasion?!?). I have went here a few times in the past, and today was my last. As I paid WITH CASH, the attendant proceeded to hand me my bills back semi-​wadded up. And when I got back to eat my lunch at work I proceeded to put my money in my wallet. I realized that he had shorted me… Guess that’s why they prefer cash. That wasn’t my only complaint… The fries were toooooo salty and ended up throwing them away. When I started to eat my baconater the greasy burger was freakin gross!!!

Fast and efficient. Didn’t miss anything from my order either!

This location is a joke.
I was starving after an 8 hour shift at work and it was pouring down rain. Seeing how this is my first Autumn in 4 years I was not a happy camper! I drove to this wendy’s and order dinner for my man and I. As i got to the window… the woman handed me a receipt and change before I handed her my cash. Weird! Then as I was basically thrown my bag I looked around and said… Can I have my drink? It wasn’t even pour yet. I said thanks and left as the rain realy started to pour. Half way home I realized something was missing …
THE FROSTY. Ughh… so I drove back and went inside.

I seriously stood around for 10 minutes waiting for service. I got looks and stares but no service. After the lady in front of me noticed my annoyance she flagged down a woman and said She would like to be helped. I asked for a manager!
Well golly gee willakers who is the manager… the woman who was running the drive thru! I looked at her and scoffed and said” You’re the manager? its funny how you can give me change without knowing how I’m paying… I have to ask for my drink and then I don’t even get the large frosty I asked for!?” She glared at me. I told her «don’t glare at me… you’re the manager have some professionalism!» She glared and said «managers make mistakes too ya know.» Well shit… managers may make mistakes… but they usually try to fix them. So As i waited for my frosty her and some guys spoke in Spanish and stared at me. Then she came out with my frosty and said with a fake smile have a good night! Ha… dont try to play nice. You had your chance but you glared, talked back, and talked shit while i was standing there.
I’m the customer and you’re goal is to keep a business going. I may have been rude but hunger pains were in and I didn’t get my complete order and was rushed out of the drive thru.
***I will be driving to the one on old 82^nd from now one. They have good service… complete your order… and actually give a shit about you as a customer! ****

Well, sometimes you just need something quick and cheap for lunch, and no, you didn’t bring lunch with you. And when you don’t work anywhere near the glorious food cart villages, you have to make do. So as a matter of consequence, I’m becoming a bit of an expert on the drive-​thrus in the greater Clackamas Town Center area.
This particular Wendy’s is by far the most efficient drive thru I’ve ever driven through. It’s always fast, they always get my order right, and I’ve never been stranded without a spoon or a straw. And often by the time I get to the window, they already have change in hand, anticipating that I’ll be paying for that $ 2.49 meal with a $ 5 bill.
