This was the first time we used them. They were considerate, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, competent, and fair! They worked with us in discovering a problem not performed correctly by another mechanic, and fixed it right! Kept us up to date on what they were doing the whole time. We were very impressed and will be returning with all of our vehicles from now on.

My husband and I were visiting New Orleans from Washington State. We drove our 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel across the country. When we arrived in New Orleans our truck service light was on and the AC was not working properly. The staff at Albert’s Auto Repair were amazing! They not only squeezed our vehicle into their busy schedule, they fixed the problem with the AC and arranged for another mechanic to take care of the issue with the transmission. New Orleans is very lucky to have such an honest and good mechanic available. That is something that is very hard to find. We are safe and sound back in Washington State and our truck is in excellent running condition! THANK YOU ALBERT’S AUTO REPAIR!!! YOU ROCK!!!

Alberts is so good I almost don’t want to write a review because I don’t want them to get too busy! I absolutely love this place. I used to go to my dealership and I always got my car back with more problems than I started with. Albert is fair and fast, they always work to get your car back to you ASAP. I was tired of getting taken advantage of by shady mechanics and now I don’t have to worry about that anymore. If you are looking for a good mechanic to take all your guys to, Alberts is the place.
