I have only shopped with this location twice. Both times the customer service was horrific. The sales associate typically will not greet you, nor offers any service and when checking out they will talk among themselves rather than handle the business.
I’m new from NYC and one thing I noticed is customer service here down south is nonexistent because many are undereducated and under appreciated by their job.

Loved this store other places I’ve lived, this location needs an overhaul. The employees apparently don’t care about customers enough to help them when asked. When you check out they chit-​chat to other employees about their lives instead of addressing you. Also, even if you just spent a lot of money with them and have several bags, don’t try to take the cart out the doors. This is not allowed so you have to make several trips to your car with your bags. Very disappointing experience. They need a customer service class.
