Pizza Hut

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Unless you want to starve! Called in a order never received it. Called half an hour after it was supposed to arrive they said they were busy and it was on its way. 30 mins later I called and they said I’d never placed a order. They rudely asked what I wanted them to do about it. Said I had given them the wrong number and false address. I repeated both 4 times. They are incompetent and rude

I am allergic to gluten not intolerant allergic. My husband ordered a pizza for me there and asked about the kitchen. He wanted to know how they separate the gluten free from the wheat. They said they DONT. WTF. REALLY. I AM ALLERGIC. He let them make the pizzas and left. He told them that my pizza wasn’t gluten-​free so he wasn’t paying 20 for a small pizza
So Pizza hut is lying to people!

First and foremost, this review isn’t based on the taste of the food because I luv me a pepperoni lovers personal pan from this store.
This review is based on my experience at the store yesterday while I was waiting on my to go order. There were two employees having a very animated conversation about the «idiot» manager that had made the schedule BUT what really threw me was the manager on duty counting a drawer right on the front counter. Seriously, are you asking to be robbed? It certainly looked like they wanted to be robbed. Anybody could have walked by and saw what she was doing, come in, draw a weapon and that would have put me in the middle of a robbery. How freaking ignorant can you be and a manager no less?!

First time ordering delivery from here since I moved to the area. Of course it took a half hour past the delivery time (which was already an hour after the order was placed). Ordered the big box with wings. Everything was cold, I had to warm it up in my microwave. I ordered garlic parmesan wings. They were the pain Jane «naked» wings with a quarter sized squirt of sauce at the bottom. I paid for extra dipping sauce, did not receive. Also, I did the build your own pizza and the price was higher than advertised when I started the deal, extra toppings, I get it so I paid it. It came short 2 toppings so yet another thing I paid for and didn’t receive. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

I wish I could give this place LOWER than a one star review! First the person who took my order «a new employee» took my order completely wrong the manager called me back, corrected the order and let me know my pizza would be arriving at 9:07! Here we are at 9:30 I called to find out where my pizza was and was told that the driver left 5 mins ago. I was then called back by the manager who had my name confused with another customer with a similar name claiming my order was carry out when it was not. I was livid when she figured out her mistake she assured me my pizza would be here shortly and hot! It’s now 10:17. I was charged $ 10.83, I gave my delivery woman a $ 20 to which she «didn’t have change» gave me a $ 5 bill and assumed the rest of that was her tip and just left! Who just assumes a tip? Im supposed have a $ 10 credit there now which I will never use because I will never order from there again. The manager was very nice and accommodating and I appreciate her help. I’m apparently going to get a refund however it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience

they tould me my pizza would be ready at 7:30pm. and it was not ready unitil 8:20pm.
They need to fire the people who work their.

Pizza was over an HOUR late and arrived warm and overcooked! Store told me the pizza was on its way at least a half an hour before it actually arrived. They claimed that they had 20 orders and one delivery guy. I watched the pizza guy stroll up to my house with no sense of urgency at all. Never again!!!

I know its a chain pizza place but I have loved Pizza hut ever since I was a kid. I noticed that they have started opening up pizza huts in the New Orleans metro area again. I decided to check out the one near my house.
This pizza hut is the closest one to where I live. This pizza hut is is geared for carry out and delivery. It is not like the pizza huts I grew up with. You know the ones that you could actually dine in at. Oh well, I guess we can’t get everything we want. I will admit these guys are probably one of the best chain pizza places around. That and their food is cheap.
In short I am glad to see that Pizza hut is back in town!
