Customer service is horrible. The cashiers are rude and management backs up their horrible attitude.

It’s a typical chain drug store. Stand alone store, brightly lit and clean. Usually the staff greets you as you enter. The layout is sort of strange as aisles slant away from front entrance. You are almost funneled into the back of the store before you can go left or right. (Not quite but it seems that way.) Definitely forces you to wander around. Maybe that is the point.
