Do not recommend at all. Ice maker of the refrigerator we bought at 5 Point Appliance did not work even though we double confirmed with Dan the refrigerator is fully operational at the moment of purchase. Dan confirmed that he will fix it but never happened after leaving messages few times. We ended up buying a new refrigerator. Shopping at 5 Point Appliance was totally waste of money to us.

Can not say enough about Dan. My washer and dryer were both acting up and I thought we were going to have to fork up a small fortune to repair or replacement replace them. Turns out it wasn’t too bad and Dan pinpointed the problems. All fixed and running fine. Very honest and won’t overcharge you. Highly recommended if you are in the South Bay.
