So glad there’s a drive thru in this area. Thanks!

This is my favorite Starbucks. They always treat me so well and make me feel like family. They have never let me down.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee. We do have a espresso machine at home & always buy the Sumatra bold coffee from Starbucks. Today, we were out of milk so I decided to get coffee from Starbucks to go. They are super slow here, it’s now 15 min that I’m standing here to get my skinny tall latte & still it’s not ready!!! this location is never that busy so I don’t understand what’s the hold up?! The parking spots are very narrow & you have to be very careful parking here. There is a lower ground location which is not too far away from Starbucks, I recommended parking there specially if you have a bigger car.

You can never go wrong with Starbucks their drinks are consistently made just the way I like them. I always order a short mocha and it always taste the same, yummy. The only drawback to this location that it was actually freezing inside, they need to turn down that A/C.

Everyone who works here is always pleasant. I have recently started ordering my coffee on my phone and it is always ready in the time frame they report back. I have also come here to do work and the Powermat charging stations are very cool and convenient.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. Customer service is on point, drinks are prompt, and store is clean. The only downfall is the parking.

This is a convenient location for people on their way to the freeway in the morning. The people always seem nice. The coffee is up to normal Starbucks standards. Can’t understand why they just replaced their old furniture with less comfortable furniture. Makes me wonder if they are trying to discourage people from staying for a while. Since the change, my impression is that people buy their coffee and move on pretty quickly. So much for Starbucks idea of making their restaurants a «third place’ to comfortably hang out outside the home and office.

Standard Starbucks. The people who work here are very friendly. When I go at 645 am its usually not crowded but I started going into work a little later recently so at 745 am there’s usually a line to the door :(I’ve walked out a few times because I don’t want to be late to work. Other than that it’s a good Starbucks. The parking lot is wayyy too small though.

Definitely one of the better Starbucks around. All the other ones I go to that are nearby always taste watered down. This place is clean and nice customer service! The only downside is its out of my way. I never really go towards up the hill. Usually during half off frappuccinos, i never expect a good tasting drink because of the giant line for it but this place still has quality in their drink!

«dear oscar,
thank you for contacting starbucks. i’m so sorry to learn(being a nationwide failure, she just learned this) that you were told to go to another store location due to the store’s system being down since this was a nationwide issue.(then also apologize for being sent to an additional closed store for no reason and furthur waste my time and inconvenience me)
i apologize for the inconvenience caused by the point of sale outage at company-operated stores in the u.s. and canada. the outage was caused by a failure during a daily system refresh.(and i apologize for not always saying thanks, the show must go on… don’t hold my coffee hostage because you can’t overcharge me 1 day) for more information, please visit the starbucks newsroom at ;(self serve online kiosk to furthur show you we can care less about being personable) #starbucks #fail

Best customer service I’ve had at a starbucks :) I think his name was Ryan. Parking is a bit crowded since it’s really only one row on a hill-like entrance. But other than that, this locations pretty nice.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s laughable! I ordered a extra extra caramel frappuccino(caramel walls on our beloved secret menu) and not only did they put whip cream on it without even asking if I wanted any to begin with they also don’t even know how to freaking caramel wall! It’s comical when employees don’t even know their own company’s secret menu SMH… Giving five stars only because of the one good looking red head girl named«meerrgan» or something.

I come to this Starbucks every now & then, but since the new manager, Brandie took over, things are even better. She’s very sweet, attentive to your every need and greets her customers like old friends which is just the way it should be, makes my visit here more enjoyable. The barista that took my order, i believe her name is Audrey was very friendly & talkative while taking my order, the was smiling the entire time. Went i went back for my free refill, Stacy was the barista and she was just as friendly, again smiling the whole time. The rest of the staff is great as well, I’d definitely recommend coming here, the parking may not be the best on the upper level but the service you get once you enter Starbucks is great

Parking is a nightmare — definitely park in the Fresh & Easy parking lot. They have nice large tables, which are available most of the time. Staff is friendly. On a sour note: I’ve witnessed tons of couples breaking up at this Starbucks. Usually involves some crying, which makes it difficult to enjoy my quad-venti triple shot mocha(with two pumps of hazelnut, upside down) in peace. But seriously, I don’t know why so many couples choose this Starbucks to break up and why they always seem to sit next to me when they are doing it.

The parking lot is very small, so I would recommend parking down by the Fresh & Easy and walking up to Starbucks if you do not see any open spots. During my past visits, this Starbucks has been fairly empty; there are not many people studying/idly sitting around like at other locations. Fairly clean location, but their bathrooms are not maintained as well the seating area. Their baked goods and cold case seem to be well-stocked with product. Most importantly, the baristas are friendly and welcoming. I will be back next time I am in the area and needing a caffeine fix!

I’m at this Starbucks quite often and the coffee is always satisfying. However, beyond the coffee, the staff attitude was not something I had experienced here until today. Walked in and waited in line, and was watching the«newer» associate ring customers up. She was struggling but you could tell she was new, so of course you give her some slack. When I got to the register, the customer before me ordered a bagel and she has asked another associate to grab it for him as she could take my order. The associate she asked rolled her eyes and told someone else to do it. But then proceeded to ask when the NEXT associate was coming in because SHE(pointing at the new girl) was SLOW. I asked for a manager and there wasn’t one on site, so the lead was the next best thing. Guess who the lead is? Wendy, the girl complaining openly about her team member. One, it looks so bad in front of a customer to complain about someone else. Two, you’re making the new girl feel more insecure. And three, you’re the lead. How are you expected to run the store and the team while managing that attitude? Having Wendy as the face and representative of your location at PV and Western in Lomita is a BADIDEA. One star, strictly for the coffee

I know this is Starbucks, and long lines full of people with intricate brain-surgery latte requests, but the service here was dog slow. The guy in front of me must have repeated his order 4 times. I had a scan card iPhone ap that lacked 30-something cents. I scanned it and waited for the guy to come back and allow me to pay the rest. I swear to God I was there 5 minutes and he rushed back a bit irate with«What do you want?» «To pay.» «You paid, man, that’s what that card is for…» So I walked away and he realizes his mistake and screams, «You gotta pay, bro!» Oh God. Haha. F this Starbucks.

You know, there are Starbucks everywhere and they each serve their own unique purpose. For me, this Starbucks is the one I go to on my way to the freeway, when I want to grab a latte’ for the road. Sometimes, if I have a few, I even kick back and drink it there before I travel on. The staff is always nice. And, you can get all the traditional Starbuck’s STUFF… Recommended !!!
