I purchased my car as a certified pre-​owned vehicle from this dealership and have been impressed and appreciative ever since. It came with two complimentary oil change packages (called The Works, normal retail of $ 39.95+tax), and I just received my second one yesterday. The service folks at Quick Lane are friendly and helpful, always willing to explain (without condescension) what is going on with any issues the car might have. I will definitely continue bringing my Escape there for oil changes and anything else it might need in the future!

Happy with my last visit to OC for service. Barb (who was very good) was my service mgr and exceeded my expectations for time for the minor ‘in warranty’ service item. The customer waiting area was clean and the WiFi was good.
