I honestly wish I could give it no stars. They prepared my order incorrectly, and then when I asked for it to be corrected the manager was rude. He refused to refund my order and expected me to drive back there for anything to be done. The place is unclean the stuff is rude and the food is not edible in the slightest. I will never order from here again.

They won’t deliver outside of their 6 mile radius. Unfortunately I live 7 miles. I picked up my order and asked to speak to a manager. They wasn’t there, of course. The food was decent, not the best in town. My advice, find another place that actually cares about Customer Service.

Customer service is very poor. I asked for a water cup and literally got a cup and a lid, then I was asked if I actually wanted water. I then went to my car with my plates and made sure I had eating utensils… Of course, I did not. I have not yet tried the food but I’m not too excited. My first experience was rather memorable, I’ll remember not to go inside and MAYBE order in. The low ratings are not skewed at all. I did not get a greeting when a walked in or out.

I can’t win for losing there. I’m done with them for good. Rice terrible. I’ve eaten there about 10 times… but, the last 4 times was a bad experience. I’m not sure everything is bad, but my rice was terrible.

I always enjoy the food from here! Good eats for the prices. One of the better Chinese Restaurants in Heights!

this place was disgusting decided to try a new Chinese restaurant chicken was not fresh what so ever soggy and my fork was some how melted

LET ME HELP YOUR STOMACH! DONT EAT HERE! I picked up food here and the food was NASTY! the chicken was not fresh and it didn’t even taste like it was fresh from a bag it tasted like they bough it served it, froze it, and reserved it and i got the last of the refrozen food. the fried rice had no flavor. Panda express is even better.

I will sadly have to retract my 5 star rating of this restaurant and not because of their food. I placed an order on their website at about 625pm and because my phone is off and charging and I’m not «checking» my email every few minutes, I was unaware that they tried contacting me regarding the verification of my order. My kids and I have been sitting at home for about 40 mins of the hour delivery wait time before I saw the message saying I needed to contact them. Because they have had «prank» orders on their online ordering service, they werent going to start cooking the food until the order was verified and it would be an hour wait time from verification time (710pm)…uhhh no, it’s not alright. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from them, by phone, online, for delivery, for pickup — and I order the same damn thing every time. You’d think they’d know it was a real order. They can forget any future business from me and this review will also be going on my blog. If they aren’t able or willing to fill orders from their online ordering site, then they should remove it from their webpage and stick to strictly phone ordering. Bad way to run your business Chinese Kitchen and a good way for you to lose regular customers.

Not the greatest but it’s the best Chinese food in Harker Heights for sure. Prices are average and the staff works around the menu to cater for the customers which is nice. Only upset is they only have a 5 mile delivery radius; however, their online ordering is nice and easy to use. Food is prepared fast and served hot. Haven’t had a lot from the menu but what we tried was tasty.

They do NOT take pride in there food… my Lomein was so atrocious! The cook can’t cook. Well, some people like it assuming that since they are still in business. Please don’t waste your money! Who put breaded meat in lomein?! Hardly any onions it is terrible!

Good was prepared in timely manner. Nice staff. Food was below mediocre. All frozen and the sauce was funny and flavorless. Too bad.

Very friendly soft spoken staff. It’s not too busy today so they told me food should be ready in about 20 minutes. That’s really good compared to like 45 minutes on a busy night. Come on in and get you Chinese food fix on.

Wow, the worst General Tso Chicken I have ever had. You can tell all the food they use comes in frozen, no fresh food is used here. My chicken was not chicken, not real chicken anyway. I don’t know where they got it, but it taste like dried out jerky of some exotic animal that eats poisonous berries. It had a candy apple like crust over an over fried fake chicken nugget so hard it sounded like I was chewing broken glass. And the girl working the counter, holy jesus! Asked her for a recommendation and she said she never really eats here. She seemed either hung over or super tired but she was certainly not interested in work that day. My search for good Chinese food in killeen continues. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!!!

I used to pick up dinner here about once a week. No more! The friendly staff I knew are gone and it seems the food has slipped as well. What a shame.

I was really excited to try this place, but the excitement was shattered when I ordered the first time. I placed an order while leaving Ft Hood (15 min) and went to another restaurant to grab my favorite rice (15 min order and wait). I left and went to pick up my orange chicken which I ordered from Chinese Kitchen, they normally do a breaded orange chicken instead of frying so they were frying for me. I got there 30 mins after placing my order and it still wasn’t ready so I decided to wait. It was late and I was starving but I waited. I waited for 40 more mins before I was told that it was still being cooked so I told them to forget it and left. Over an hour later and my orange chicken was not even cook yet. That’s bad service!

This is the first Chinese restaurant in this area with truly good Chinese food. Their fried rice was right in the mark. For me a true show of capability is a restaurants version o General Tso’s Chicken and theirs is great!

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! DO NOT EAT HERE! This place serves frozen imitation food that is soooo salty. The chicken is all fried/​battered, nothing fresh or even cooked in the store. They just microwave everything. The service is also lacking. It is not that difficult to take someones order and get it right… but not here. When they messed up our order I called back to let them know I wasn’t happy, so the manager Jason proceeded to argue with me. I work in customer service I know the customer isn’t always right but when you screw someones order up it’s black and white, in the food business you just apologize and try to make it right… Please don’t waste your time or money on this place like we did… gross
