Fantastic introduction to southern hospitality and amazing food. Our waitress, Mercedes guided us on Crawfish. The bartender Samantha took care of us at the bar. The manager was genuinely interested and gave us free glasses! As a few unaccustomed Canadians, we were blown away. I recommend the crawfish and gator. Perfection

I’ve come here for years but never again. Got Here A Little Before noon. Was seated quickly, cool. 15, 30, 45 minutes roll around and still no food(basic stuff by the way). I understand it was the lunch hour, however, the bar was pretty empty and the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. 55 minutes in, the food arrived… COLD. Simply walked out. The 1 star is for the great food.

Loved this place! I have been looking for a Cajun restaurant since moving here from Houston. I finally found one that hits the mark, grt food, atmosphere and staff, super friendly.. I couldn’t make up my mind and decided to go with the Cajun Combo Skillet, which had a sample of most itmes and they serve it in a CASTIRON skillet! May need to dial it back on the heat jsut a tad! though, But! not complaining., For dessert I had the bread pudding and it was HUGE!, like a mini cake!, One could have been slit up between three people. My only complaint our waitress microwaved it to warm it up and the bourbon sauce was scorched!,(Bitter). Just an FYI never microwave/heat the sauce!

MUCH better than the one in round rock! I like the food at the round rock location but the food here was more fresh, served piping hot and was delicious! Wait staff was polite and attentive. We will be back!

OMG, I have to say this place is delicious!!! First week I moved here a friend recommended this place for dinner. So my husband and I had to give it a try and boy was she right! Very tasty and a very good amount for the price. Came back a few times after and they seem to never disappoint me! You can never go wrong with razzoos!

Great place to watch the game or happy hour. The staff was fantastic and explained their menu and experience to us in detail.

Razzoos has really gone down hill in the last year. My friend and I tried to eat there last night had the oysters and they were blinky again. The servers were nonchalant to the point of being rude. We just paid for drinks and food that we didn’t eat and left and went to a different place to get some dinner. Manager that we talked to look put out and didn’t take care of the problem.

Great reception, the waitresses and bartender did an excellent job at not only being proactive but had great attitudes. The shrimp po’boy was delicious. Definitely will go again.

Start out with the creamy Cajun fondue dip with shrimp. SO good. We also had the boudin balls. I liked them too but would recommend the fondue over them. I got the popcorn shrimp because they were doing half price apps for happy hour. It’s all I needed since we got two appetizers. It was great too. I’d like to go back and try other things on the menu. This is a great place for a group. It’s a very fun atmosphere and makes you feel like you could be down in Louisiana instead of in Killeen :)

I’ve been to Razoos a few times now, so far the fold here is always on point, the servers are knowledgable and friendly and the service is always quick. When my family eats out Razoos is always one of the places we consider going, especially when bringing out of state guests.

The pictures look better than the actual food. I was very interested in trying this place and other reviews looked good so I gave it a try. It wasn’t anything special. Their food is that of a chain so it really isn’t authentic Cajun so be warned. My meal gave me a bunch of food but none of it was really even worth taking home. The sampler plate is essentially three types of rice. And the crawfish croûton thing was pretty good.

The quality of the ribs went down. It was disappointing and they lose a star from me until they can deliver amazing baby back ribs again.

I was looking for somewhere that made & sold gumbo because the opportunity to try this particular dish had not yet presented itself. I found a handful of places & Razzoo’s was my second choice because of the drive. The first place I went to only served gumbo on the weekends. Kind of ridiculous. So my party of 3& I sucked it up & drove out to Razzoo’s, which isn’t far. We just thought we’d opt for a closer location. So here we are at the crowded place, waiting for a table to open up. It’s modern & very… beachy & fun looking. Some days, you’ll be standing by for tab;e & some days, you could just walk right in. So to the FOOD. Gumbo– Good, I don’t like Okras but it was good. Gator– Bland, tough, I didn’t like it. Crawfish– Spicy= Fantastic for me but the sizes are often very inconsistent. Ribs– Great! Falls right off the bone. Catfish Po Boy– My biggest regret. Worm Burner– Um, good, interesting but I prefer whiskey on rocks. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some are either not nice or they’re too nice that it crosses some boundaries. Other than that, I still have a whole menu to try so I’ll be back.

The service has improved a lot since I first went here. The food is consistently delicious, they have a full bar with a wide variety of drinks, and the staff are very attentive to customers’ needs. The bathrooms are also well maintained. The music is not overwhelmingly loud, which I really like. I still can’t leave five stars, simply because they didn’t nail the red beans and rice. It is my absolute favorite cajun treat, but theirs just has a strange aftertaste to me. That’s a shame, but everything else is so good that I will keep going back.

There were 3 of us, 1 adult/2 kids. Had the gator tails, 2 kids meal(popcorn shrimp) and catfish po boy. The birthday girl had a free dessert. Even with 3 of us, we couldn’t finish it.

Oh Razzoo’s you make me happy! I love this place now! The atmosphere is awesome, I love the decorations and hilarious red neck cajun signs around the restaurant. Our service was pretty good for a Friday night, until near the end it got REALLYSLOW and it was already 10pm which was alittle frustrating. But the food, the food made it all worth it. Well at least the Gator Tail did. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. Everything else like the beans and rice were just okay, but if I just ordered the gator tail every time I came I would be happy. Sadly, the fried pickles were too salty. Overall, the food is good cajun especially for Killeen and I definitely recommend the gator!

I been to this place many times. On dates or hanging at the bar with my homies. I had the Shrimp & Catfish Combo with Cole Slaw as the fries(substitution) and the meal including corn. The shrimp & catfish was cooked excellent not overcooked. Flavor was well seasoned. Shrimp was plump and full of flavor and freshness but I’m guessing its fresh non frozen. Hushpuppies were nice and fluffy but had the crispy exterior. Cole Slaw is was good but overly dressed. There is no need to put that much dressing on it. It loses crunchiness in the vegetable. I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t get a huge bowl of it. Anyway this place is awesome. Good food… Fast and excellent service. Well Done!

Went here for date night. I can get rather picky when it comes to cajun and creole cuisine. The hubs was nervous that I’d complain about not being ‘authentic’. Truthfully, I was a little nervous too. I’m so glad we bit the bullet and went. He tried the gator and rat toes and loved it. I got the fried pickles, which I consider myself a connoisseur of. They were on point. For my meal I got creole pork chops with creole mustard gravy… ayyyyy Sha, to die for! It helped that the inside reminded me of my Nanny’s home. The music was a bonus. For a chain, I have zero complaints.

I can only visit Twin Peaks so many times while in town and I wanted to check out a different spot for dinner in The Heights. The neon light in front of Razzoo’s is pretty eye-catching. That was a lot of good eats. I had to box up the rest to snack on later. Huge, sharable portions of delicious Cajun/Creole food. I would come back to try more stuff on the menu and also to check out the Happy Hour specials. Dinner service from the waitress was super nice. She was helpful with menu suggestions and checked up often to make sure everything was okay. It was a rainy weeknight, so the place wasn’t crowded at all. If you have a hearty appetite and are in the mood for some Cajun/Creole cookin’ with a side of Texas hospitality, then give this Razzoo’s a looksee.
