I love this Subway! I have only had great service from everyone who works here. They work fast and are very friendly, even when they are close to closing they did not show any type of animosity(like most places). We have been to this location a handful of times and I will be back. Subway is subway, this one doesn’t stand out but it is a clean and friendly location.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Harker Heights, TX
I need to get word out about not just the local Harker Heights Subway, but the overall ownerships attitude towards its workers in the area. I want everyone to understand right off that I am nor have I ever been employed by Subway. However after speaking with a few of its staff on slow nights I was appalled to find out the working conditions there. The manager especially at the Indian trail store is very suspect of mismanagement and misuse of its employ. I like many of you have saw last seasons epd. Of Undercover Boss where a high up of the Subway company went out and seemed to want to do good for its people. I really thought they did well and wanted to support Subway. Now I need to stand up and speak the truth at least about in this area. As I learned the district manager and store manager of the local Heights stores especially concerning the one I like to go to on Indian Trail push the workers to work off the cloak. Now they do this in a very tricky manor as to not to actually get caught by giving them a large list of things to do in a short amount of time and regardless to how busy the employees are it has to be done, or they have to do the rest after they clock out. If the employee don’t then they will cut their hours. The hire so many extra workers using today’s climate of people needing to work against them. This is very degrading to any worker and they should be ashamed to attempt this. The Heights manager will basically say if you won’t do it off the clock the I can find someone how has a family and needs the work and will do it. I have never been a union guy. However we have laws to protect workers from this type of abuse. This is just a minimum wage job, but people still deserve to be treated with dignity. This is the heart of the problem. Whether they are just kids, or people who have family that are depending on them. They are they to do a job for pay. Not to be bullied into working without pay so the manager can keep the hours and payroll down to look good to upper management. This is evil and wrong and should never happen in the U.S. It’s time we stand up and tell the manager and subway this isn’t right and if they keep this up we can’t keep buying their product. I understand how this is a double edge sword as if we stop buying we hurt the workers too, but something has to change here. Thank you for listening.
