The new owners, Reliant Senior Care took a good thing and turned it into a terrible crime against the elderly. They started with cutting the dietary budget which means the food went down hill. Not that it was anything good to begin with. But they somehow made it worse. Then they cut housekeeping staff. Then after that they got rid of all the high paid/​high skilled nursing assistants and replaced them with low paid newbies so the care was subpar. Anyone else find it funny that management that was there for 20+ Years «retired» all within the last year? This company is only out for the good of them. Avoid a reliant owned place as your loved ones life depended on it. Bunch of criminals if you ask me.
