Cheryl mckevitt the owner of tidy maids agreed to clean my house and of course like many others the job was not done. They didnt clean 95% of my home and they left qith my money. I am currently filing with the magistrate to get my money back and I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. These are rip offs. Do not let these people come to ur home. Also the owner cheryl mckevitt was suppose to come to my house to see what all her employees didn’t do and of course she never showed up and she ignored my phone calls. Cheryl mckevitt will steal ur money and not do the job. Shes a thief along with her employees. DO NOT TRUST CHERYL MCKEVITT THE OWNER OF TIDY MAIDS.

This company ripped me off in 2008. I wanted help with spring cleaning — wiping down walls and cabinets. 3 Tidy Maid employees arrived and worked on the house. I was hoping that they could stay and do more of the walls after the hour was up but seemed like they couldn’t wait to get outside and smoke and leave.
The results:
The kitchen was okay but they didn’t clean up the one cabinet stain I was hoping for.
The walls didn’t look much different and I found cobwebs!!!
After repeated tries to contact the owner with no action, I filed a report with the BBB. The BBB responded to me in a letter stating that they couldn’t get a response from Tidy Maids. I was not able to get a refund.
