Oxford Charter Township, MI
This Kroger has an excellent bakery department, they ladies there are polite. I had a special request for a birthday cake for my daughter and they were more than accommodating. There produce I feel does need a bit cleaning up, fruits and veggies can be left out to long becoming rotten, so I hope that they can improve that department. The cashiers are always polite and even the customer service workers will open up a register to move you out faster. Amy is a fanatic customer rep, and always willing to help!

Employees are nice and helpful, prices aren’t too bad overall, it’s smaller so you find what you’re looking for pretty easily… the bad part is the parking lot. It’s small, right off 8 Mile and cars are packed in. It’s also hard turning out of the joint.

stay away from this place. especially the staff like a overweight black manager i believe her name is jodi or toni, she treated me and my daughter like crap cause i told her the bottle machines stopped working, she said she was too busy to call someone right now, and to try kroger at 9 mile. i told her i wanna talk to the manager and she said come back in the morning. the customer service is horrible.

Probably my favorite Kroger. My mom gets her prescriptions here and the staff is always super nice and accommodating. The store is always clean. Well stocked on most items. Although it doesn’t have the new look like the other two stores close by it. It still boats more products than both locations. Staff is always nice and one of the managers even gave me a recipe for béchamel sauce. They now carry beef bacon which is tough to come by btw. The gentleman at the flower counter is pretty knowledgable also. I’ve rarely had an issue at this Kroger. It’s a Good place to grocery shop.

Worst Kroger of all Krogers!
I don’t know why, but the produce here is always bad– like on the shelf, they are selling it rotten.
My observation of the meat and deli counter is extremely less than desirable. It doesn’t not look like proper food safety.
Everything in this Kroger is disheveled and unorganized.
Positives, they actually carry more brands of certain items than the other Krogers in the area. Their cashiers are nice people, the managers, however, are always mean-​always.
