I needed a rectangular bucket but had no luck at other stores. Finally I went to the Home Depot in Harper Woods. The associate Vinnie was extremely helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to help and I really appreciated it. He helped me find one exactly what I was looking for. He creatively suggested a storage bin which worked great and came with a lid (so I can use it for other things). I would recommend this Home Depot to others.

I found myself there yesterday to return a few items and stood next to a return desk that Tamara was working, she looked at me and continued to sort items that had been returned earlier without as much as saying a word, I at that point realized that her desk was closed (I wonder how long she was going to let me stand there before saying something). This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service from Tamara but I can assure you it’s the last. For the record, every other HD employee I came across while shopping was very pleasant and helpful and it’s because of them that I’ll be back.

This location for me is the closest to Grosse Pointe area but the area isn’t the most idea. Definitely need to keep your eyes and ears open from the time you exit your vehicle to the time you re-​enter it. Keep your purses close to you ladies. Customer service here has been mixed for me. I’ve spent a ton of money here on my home renovations and I’ve found that some employees are knowledgeable and helpful and others just have no clue or care. It’s give or take here but definitely better than Lowes up the street.

Home Depot is always a mans toy store and I love going there but the staff at this location weren’t much help and lacked the skills, info and know how I was looking for. Even though this store is by my house, ill still be going to the 94 and little mack location for better service when im trying to inquire more about what I need to do.

I chose this store for the pickup of an online order, as they were the only one with the product I wanted in stock. To be honest, I was a little skeptical walking in, but the pickup was quick and very pleasant. Someone even hand wrote me a «Thank You» note for my order. Who does that anymore?! Cheers to you, Home Depot of Harper Woods!

OK, this may not be in the ideal area, but I swear this Home depot is by far the best for Customer Service! I own a rental home near by and frequent this Home Depot often and it is awesome. The people are not only nice but also knowledgeable. Everyone wants to help and not in an annoying way.
