A&D Home Inspection

I wanted to post a positive review for this company. Darrell the inspector is about as knowledgeable as you can get. He has been in construction for decades and really knows what to look at. He recently inspected an 18-​unit apartment building for me in OKC; he spent a full day Thursday and Friday at the property and had the report to me by late Saturday evening. And the report was 250 pages long! Details on all 18 units and the entire building. What’s more, i live in a different country and Darrell took time at inconvenient hours to go over all of the issues with me over the phone. He and his wife are running a great operation. They are not the cheapest option, but as his website says, inspections are not one place you want to do price shopping. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a topnotch inspection that, importantly, comes with repair cost estimates and a full explanation of the issues that were found.
