So disappointing. Took my ministerial robe in to have a little makeup cleaned off. It is a white satin robe with buttons down the front. Got it back just before a wedding and the top button was missing and the bag it came in was ripped. Of course they were closed and I had to wait until Monday to go in. They finally found the button but refused to do anything about the garment bag they ripped. They were extremely rude and indifferent. We have been using them several years. So I was extremely disappointed in their indifference and unwillingness to do anything. Will not be going back.

I cannot recommend this business or spend another penny here. I had two pair of new uniform pants with tags still on them. They where were unhemmed from the manufacturer. I took both pairs of pants as well as a old pair as a model for the length. When I got them home one pair was hemmed perfectly the other pair only serged (an unfinished edge). When I compared the model pants to the serged pants they were exactly the same length. I know what happened they laid the model pants on the pants to be hemmed and cut them without the seam allowance.
When I took them back the young man that works there was aggravated. He said the older man was the one that did the work. When I questioned him he immediately said I brought them in cut to that length he did not do it. When I told him no way!!! I had tried them both on before I dropped them off. Then I said well if you didn’t hem them why did you charge me $ 10 to do the job. He then said he told his son to not charge me. He wasn’t sure why he did. The old guy is a big fat liar!!!
I would recommend everyone in Harrisburg show them what living in a small town means. We are family here. We take care of each other.
I told him I have lived here 30 years and I would mention this to every single person I came in contact with. He shrugged his shoulders and could have cared less! Thanks for listening to my rant

This is a very good cleaners. Very fast friendly and professional. Same day delivery is available if you drop off before their cut off. Only downside would be the pricing. They do seem more wxpenaive than others in the area i have used.
