Alfred Angelo Bridal

My experience at this location was very bad. I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding that went with the rest of bridal party to get our dresses here. While we had an appointment, they were more concerned with walk-​ins than with us. Not a big issue. While we were all in separate dressing rooms, the woman would not knock, she would just walk right in to measure us. She did not seem to know what she was doing, she kept the measuring tape very loose and I had to ask her to tighten it to get a correct measurement.
Once we found dresses, I ordered mine and also ordered a sash. Pricing was acceptable. 5 weeks later my dress came in, without my sash. They said they had the tracking number but could not locate the sash. They called me at least 2 – 3 times a week to see when I was getting my dress and when I wanted to schedule alterations. They finally told me my sash was in.
I picked up my dress and it was 3 sizes too big!!! At this time, there are two weeks before the wedding and I do not have time to order it again. I was unable to get to my dress sooner because they insisted the sash had to be there first.
I took my dress to a local seamstress who took the dress in everywhere on me since I was swimming in it. When I tried the dress on, I was STABBED BY SEWING NEEDLES LEFT IN MY DRESS. Not pins, actual sewing needles that had thread eyes on them. The seamstress helped me locate all the pins left in the dress and told me how unprofessional this was. I could not believe it. I will never, ever return to this store or company and advise everyone else to steer clear.
PS-​The only good thing here was Pam. She was very nice and helpful until my last visit. Once I told her I did not plan on getting my alterations there, I feel she was a little less enthused.

I was not impressed with this visit. Unfortunately the employee who was there to help me moved very slowly. I got a feeling she may have been new, and brushed it off, but after awhile it had become way too slow. She would leave to go hang dresses up as soon as I came out of the dressing room, and would come back 10 minutes later to get me out of the dress even if we immediately said no. She would go to find dresses and disappear and we would have to wait for her to come back once again.
A lot of dresses were pushed on me, although I continued to say no and they were definitely out of my price range.
My appointment was at 2pm and the area to try on dresses was extremely busy. People stepping over me and on the train I had. Also when I was looking in the mirror, people stepping in from of me.
The dresses are very nice, but unfortunately the facility was very small. I was very overwhelmed with the time I was there and the time between dresses.

I had an amazing experience at this Alfred Angelo location. I was welcomed like family and all the staff was extremely friendly. I have looked around for a lot of wedding dresses, and Alfred Angelo gowns are not only high quality, but very reasonably priced. I traveled a ways to come to this store, but it was absolutely worth it. I will most definitely be recommending Alfred Angelo to my friends and family!

I had a really great experience purchasing my wedding gown at Alfred Angelo. I worked with Patricia and she was wonderful and made me feel wonderful as I shopped for my gown for my big day. Sadly, Patricia left and I did not have a good experience when I returned recently to shop for bridesmaids dresses.
I called 2 – 3 weeks before I brought my girls in and scheduled an appointment. When we arrived this past Saturday, we were ignored upon our arrival. I told a staff member that I had an appointment and we were told to browse around and someone would help us. After browsing around for sometime, we sat down and continued to wait. About a half hour of waiting, I approached an associate who finally brought someone back to help us.
Donna was absolutely terrible. I could write a book about the terrible service she provided but my biggest issue. She continually insulted one of my bridesmaids and her body type to myself and one of my other bridesmaids while she was on the dressing room. The first time I let go as slip up but when she continued to do it, I decided it was just best to leave. I will not be returning.
Alfred Angelo all and all is not a terrible place, however if you decide to go there, don’t work with Donna.

Worked with two sales associates. First one told me they had nothing for me in a rude tone when I said I was looking for $ 500 or less. The second was friendly until she spoke bad about another boutique I had a good experience at
, this was incredibly unprofessional. Then I tried one two floor models that were for sale as is. The first one was okay but the second had torn loops that you use to close the back, it was missing the pieces of the dress and only $ 200 off. It would require hundreds in alterations. Needless to say ill never return.

Wedding planning and project management have a lot in common: endless tasks and decisions to be made. I know, I’m such a romantic.
My point is, when you go into a bridal shop and know exactly what you want, it’s pretty disappointing to get totally uninspired service. I was handed a catalogue and ended up just pointing at dresses for the consultant to pull. There was nothing fun or dreamy about the process. Without an engaging consultant, it’s really hard to tell what a dress would look like in the right size. Their bridesmaid dresses are reasonably priced, but the only thing we left with was the need for an afternoon nap.

This was my first choice for when I thought about choosing a wedding gown. The person who assisted me was extremely helpful. I gave her a few idea of what I like and she worked off of that. To my surprise, the dress I fell in love with was one of her choices, and it was exactly «me».
The salesperson was very patient and fun to work with, and even some of the other salesladies that work there would come over to give their opinion on a dress, and they were all very informative and helpful.
