I’ve bought 2 PC games and one used console game there on two separate occasions. The staff is quite knowledgeable where everything is located. Additionally they knew that one of my purchases was an expansion pack — and they asked me if I already had the main game. That was really cool because they paid attention to what I purchased, and let me know I needed the supporting game first. I knew this for my particular game, but maybe not every customer would. A customer may go in to buy Shivering Isles because they heard it was great from some review but might not realize they need Oblivion to run it. This made me feel good as a customer, not only for myself, but also for the other customers that come here to purchase.

EDIT: 6÷23÷08 — I’ve been in here several times to buy video games. Always a good selection, and very knowledgeable staff. They’ve always been able to answer my questions. I’m still very satisfied with this store and just keep returning to it as my main store to buy games. They always have everything I need. Except the Wii. :P
