I have found this practice to be wonderful. They are very professional and really took their time with me. I switched practices because I didn’t feel like my baby had a team on his side and I definitely feel that way here. Everyone from the nurses, to the doctors, to the office staff, to the physicians assistants have been wonderful. My pregnancy is not typical because of other medical complications and I feel completely taken care of at this practice.

The absolute worst customer service experience at a Dr’s office I have had! My daughter had an appointment at 10:45 we arrived at 10:30 as instructed and were told she could not be seen. We were then informed we should have been there 45 minutes early to complete paperwork. I called the office manager and informed her that her automated system instructs patients to be 15 minutes early, she then says they can’t control their automated system. Really lady?! I lost time off work because you can’t control your own automated system that gives out bad information?! If this were the only Dr in NC and I was on my death bed I would not go back. Unreal!

I love my OB/​GYN! Karen is super great and always responds to my calls fast.
She even calls me after hours if I have a problem or a question for her. Hands down the best I have been to. I typically go to Concord office but tried the Harrisburg one and its great. Not crowded at all.
They were also able to fit me in really quick. One thing, she doesn’t work on Fridays.
