Cork & Fork not only has a nice selection of wine, but they also offer a lot of great small plate options that are vegetable-centric! Trying to eat more vegetables is difficult when you eat out as often as I do, but that’s not the case at Cork & Fork. The Brussels sprouts, spaghetti squash with sauce, and eggplant parmesan are amazing!

This is my favorite place in Harrisburg. A group of 10 of us went to celebrate a birthday, Jennifer was our server and was amazing. I always request her, as she is the best. The food was on point, the atmosphere was perfection, and again, the service was impeccable.

Delicious food, good service, great atmosphere. We’ve been here several times and each time, we have left satisfied and full. My boyfriend is Italian, so he’s picky about his sauces — the pork-based sauce here gets rave reviews! Each time, we’ve shared two small plates(recommend the eggplant parm and the ricotta) to start and two pasta plates(papardelle and ravioli) to finish. The prices are right — the low cost on each plate allows us to try a lot. I have dreams about the ricotta small plate — so good! The affogato is delicious, too. The only problem here is the size of the restaurant. If you come as a pair, you’ll be placed upstairs(which can get a little tight). Not really a problem, but be aware that it isn’t very intimate. I wish they could expand! As awesome as the ambiance is, it makes more sense for them to have a larger space up top(and lose the height on the lower level). Overall, though, my favorite place to eat in Harrisburg! Easy to find, easy to find parking, too.

Was in Harrisburg for business and went here for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing so my 5⁄5 is only based on that, not quality/cost, since I didn’t have to pay for it out of my own pocket. The pesto spaghetti, pizza, eggplant, and bread were a few of the parts that stick out in my mind months later. If you want a place with a good vibe in downtown Harrisburg and cost isn’t a concern I highly recommend.

We had a group of 14 women to go to Cork & Fork for dinner and drinks before a show at Midtown Cinema. It was a Monday night, so we didn’t think much about reservations — possibly our mistake… 2 of our guests arrived at around 6:00pm and asked for a table to be reserved for a large group. There were at least 3 empty table on the first floor and they were told that two of the tables were reserved. They wanted to put us upstairs but then it got too full up there and no tables were available in that section. So, as people started to filter in at 6:30pm and later, we all stood around the bar area and that ONE table while the other two tables sat empty. We felt that the hostess and waitstaff were purposely using the route between the bar and the first row of tables where we were all congregated instead of using the almost always clear second isle way between the first and second row of tables. It was getting rather annoying for multiple people. We again asked about the two empty tables and were told they were reserved. At around 7:25, the tables were MAGICALLY free due to 2 no shows —(really… 2???) and we were told that the staff really did not want us standing around and they were asking us to sit down at the tables. There were still not enough chairs for all people in our party, so about 3 of us stood and talked to the 4 women in our group who were seated at the bar. This STILL seemed an inconvenience! We left at 8:00pm after spending over $ 400 on drinks and food. Not one time was there ANYONE waiting to be seated. We were dressed properly for the venue. We may have been a bit loud. WEFELTSNUBBED — ALLOFUS. This venue was picked because of the atmosphere, and food and drink options — basically the CLASS of the establishment. There was no class shown to us last night. HOWEVER– the food was delicious, the bartender with the tattoos and glasses was exceptional and had good input. I MAY try this again in the future, but overall am not a happy camper!

Cork & Fork reminds me of several higher-end pizza kitchens in my Philadelphia, such as Zavino. That was supposed to be a compliment and very well-deserved. Cork & Fork is serving mouthwatering Neapolitan-style pizza pies in central Pennsylvania, whodathunk? Finally, a great place to grab a good bite to eat for the next time I’m back in Harrisburg.

Everyone, you don’t need to stuff your fat faces to experience a good restaurant. Cork and Fork is the way to go! If I could afford to eat here everyday I would. Most likely I would lose the 10lbs I need to lose but also eat really good food. For those of you that like a quite restaurant, go to Denny’s and die. Jennifer was great… how a waitress should be. How should a waitress be… she should add value. Yes, add value to the table experience. She did. We ordered several small dishes. If you are in hurry go to Denny’s.

Drinks are good, dishes are in very small plates. I had ravioli and my friend shrimp pasta and both were so spicy, my lips burn and my nose is running non stop. I love spicy but it’s like torture spicy, like they put more pepper than actual food or the lid fell and they dropped the whole pepper container in it.

Went here for NYE dinner. The hostess and waitress were all super friendly and helpful. The service was on point. Food was delicious and the setting was romantic. Great place to go if you want to order a little bit of everything, since they have a lot of small plates.

Awesome atmosphere. Service was top notch. Drinks were yummy and unique. Food was great. Waitress(I believe her name was Jen) was extremely knowledgeable about drink suggestions, meat and cheese pairings, was extremely attentive. Food was great. My boyfriend and I did a meat and cheese platter, a pizza and a few drinks and it was the perfect amount for lunch! Definitely will be back!

Went in late on a weeknight to dodge rain and relax. Sat at the bar and was waited on by Tom, who was fantastic. The ricotta small plate is spectacular. Fresh ricotta, topped with herbs and olive oil, served with wedges of hot pizza dough for dipping… amazing. Add a delicious glass of wine and I was extremely happy. It was close to closing time so there was no competition for seating, but reservations are strongly recommended for peak meal hours.

The things that make Cork & Fork shine are its great service, fresh ingredients, and pizzas. Our server was witty and well-informed about the menu. We weren’t impressed with the gnocchi(too mushy) and the salad we ordered that was on special that night(the beets dominated the other flavors). However, our server recommended the white pizzas(fig pizza & funghi pizza) and we chose the funghi which was out of this world good. The atmosphere was warm and modern and we were able to get a seat on a Friday night, which was great.

My wife and I love this restaurant. It is one of our favorite in Harrisburg. Our favorite is the meat and cheese plate. We usually get the Baby Jesus and Prosciutto for our meats, and the Kunik and Cacio Di Bosco for cheeses. They compliment each other well and go perfectly with a strong red wine. The flatbread that accompanies the plate came out nice and warm and was really delicious. Next we had the Polpetta pizza that has ricotta meatballs on it. It is really out of this world! We recommend this restaurant if you like small settings with good Italian food, and quality California wines. Also, in the warmer months, outdoor seating along the street corner provides an exceptionally relaxing setting for happy hour or unwinding from a long day.

Very noisy, so eat outside! Pizza’s are great! Brussels sprouts are ok Been there four times and may go back! This is due to the noise and wait staff! Don’t have small group get together as one one can hear the others speak! Upstairs is even more noises!

Yum! Fantastic! So I’m a big fan of homemade food. Little did I know, cork and fork makes all their crust and pasta. My friend and I split the gnocchi which tasted so fresh from the pasta to the vegetables. They mentioned from the start that the portions are smaller to share. Otherwise I would have been hungry from just the pasta. Although, we would definitely order again. We also split a Rosemary pizza. I’m not usually a fan of pizza without sauce, but this hit the spot being different than the ordinary. Great find! They also have a full bar!

This is the first place my cousin wanted to hit up when I recently visited her in Harrisburg, and I quickly understood why this is one of her favorite places to go. Even though the weather outside was hot and the tables inside were completely taken, we were able to enjoy two seats at the bar(for what it’s worth, we had arrived at around 6pm on a Friday night). The two servers tending the bar — one male and one female — were totally on point with their service during out entire visit, consistently making sure that we had whatever we needed. My cousin and I enjoyed drinks first, then we ordered the brussels sprouts, gnocchi, and renato pizza. The male server who tended to us for most of the night made sure to time all the foods so that they were fresh from the kitchen or pizza oven. And let me say this: the brussels sprouts are awesome. I don’t know what they do to make the brussels sprouts so tasty, but they were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious(correction: their online menu mentions the brussels sprouts are oven roasted with shallots and sherry vinegar). The gnocchi hit the spot too, with just the right kind of pillow-y consistency that I always look for in gnocchi(and seems ridiculously hard to find, sadly). The renato pizza was a great way to end our dinner, with just the right amount of rosemary. All in all, delicious food, excellent ambiance, and really fantastic staff. I won’t hesitate to come back here again the next time I’m in Harrisburg.

I was skeptical at first. The name made me think of a wine bar, so it took me a while to try it. Once I did, I was pleased. The food, staff, drinks, and ambiance were all very pleasant. The charcuterie platter is featured heavily here, a whole section of the menu is dedicated to meats and cheeses. We tried one of each(I forget the exact names) and it came with delightful jam, mustard, pickles, olives, and pita. We also had salads, which were fresh, light, and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant dinner. I’d highly recommend a large group go there for appetizers and drinks, as the apps were the standout for me.

Really not worth your time or money. I went with high hopes that this place would dazzle my eyes and taste buds, but alas, it was not meant to be. First of all, parking in Harrisburg has become a nightmare, but their are apps that allow you to pay for street parking that make things slightly more bearable. While from the outside this place looks large, this location is small inside. If you have a smaller party, say only 2, you will be sat upstairs, away from the«action», since their smaller tables are all located there. The menu looked promising, although I was surprised at the lack of originality and the fact that its a spin off of Italian food(think pasta and pizza). So I chose one of my favorites, gnocchi, and requested their pesto sauce to go with it. So disappointing! The gnocchi was a pile of gelatinous mush, but the pesto sauce was amazing. Unfortunately, the $ 8 serving came with only 8 potato mush balls, so I was very disappointed in both the preparation and price. Checked off the list and won’t return.

What’s not to love here? Everyone was friendly. The décor is great. Alternative rock playing at just the right volume. Awesome silverware(okay I’m picky). Menu selections are diverse and delicious. I had the beet salad and the raviolis. Hilarious the one bartender admitted the ravs are better than the ones made by his Italian mom. I was here around 3pm on a Saturday. Food came out almost immediately, in respective order. The roasted beet salad with arugula, pancetta, red onions, pistachios, shaved fennel, and goat cheese dressing was the kind of dish that once you pick up the fork, you will NOTWANTTOPUTITDOWN. Honestly the raviolis were a little disappointing to me in that the pasta was real thin(although it’s fresh made daily) and the dish was way too salty. I’m thinking the saltiness was a one time mistake. I mentioned it and the bartender said he saw them add salt to the pan before sautéing the ravs. Ahhhh hahhh. It would’ve been perfect without that extra salt. He kindly provided delicious fresh baked pita to enjoy the extra sauce. Ehhhh, my body could use the extra salt right now. I’m keeping the five stars for now. My expectations remain high. There’s good energy. We’ll go from there.
