My wife and I recently completed our new home build with Foxbuilt in Old Iron Estates. From the outset we were completely comfortable and unpressured by John Fox, his wife Lisa and the entire team.
We were driving through the neighborhood and saw a model home that we liked and called John. He was very accommodating and met us at the house to show it. We came back several times with many questions and John was extremely patient, never pressuring us.
Once we decided to go with Foxbuilt, John always went the extra mile. He returned phone messages and emails promptly and answered text messages at all hours. His wife Lisa guided us through the interior design. She quickly learned our «style» and met with us several times to walk us through the selection of finishes and colors. It was a bonus to be able to work with both of them throughout the process.
Paul Fox, John’s brother, oversaw the construction and was always happy to answer our many questions. The Foxbuilt team and their subcontractors adhere to the same high standards and it showed in their work. The attention to detail was comprehensive and no corner was cut.
Our build began in late November and was finished ahead of schedule in late March. The comfort level that we felt after meeting John has stood the test of time. They continue to be receptive to any call or question we may have and truly strive for our satisfaction.
My wife and I could not be happier with our home or the team we entrusted to build it. We would build again with Foxbuilt with absolutely no reservation and have recommended them to several of our friends. Deciding who to build with is not an easy decision but after spending time looking at several builders in the area we know that we made the right decision.
