Best company to deal with! As a landlord I was so happy to deal with this company. They treated both, me and the tenant, with all respect. They worry about the tenant just like they do with the Landlord. Fair and professional.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! Very rude and ignorant on the phone and in person. I discovered lead paint in my home and after several complaints was asked when I could get out and that the landlord was refusing to fix it. My one year old son went from level 3 to 15 for lead in three months!!! When I talked to a certain «Josh» on the phone he seemed to think that my children’s health and well being was a joke! I had to move out in a month and they treated me as if I had done something wrong!!! This is the company the slumlords hire do not go here!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

This is an update to the review I wrote just a couple of days ago. HPMG contacted me on ¹²⁄₇ to express that the leasing agent that I dealt with had a track record of questionable performance. As such, she is no longer with the company. Well deserved. People who do not wish to do the jobs that they are hired to do, do not deserve to be employed.
I am increasing this review to 4 stars, not because I live here or can comment as a tenant; but I do appreciate a company taking immediate and decisive action against lazy and unhelpful employees. If having this leasing agent on staff was passive commentary of how this company operates, then surely their immediate and decisive removal is also commentary as well. If they respond to other tenant concerns as seriously as this, then maybe they would be good to do business with.
If we end-​up setting up an appointment with them, or leasing from them, We will be sure to further update this review. For now, nice recovery HPMG.
